I tried to like it, but I really can't. The story is written into a very simple way, but to me it causes confusion, because things go too simple/smooth. There seems to be no depth, everything and everything is very flat. Oh, and capitalists are bad... Maybe if you like a very simple story in which you don't have to think, then you can try. 3/5.

Such a coincidence, I just dropped the original novel today. i will look for the title shortly. The novel is okay, I think it is still ongoing. I dropped it about 200 chapters in because I don't like the FL. FL has transmigrated back into her first life. She is a fake daughter of a well-off couple. In her first life, the real daughter caused her to die a miserable death. After, she transmigrated into a cultivation world. she was killed by tribulation thunder because of her heart demon from the first life. After death by thunder she returns to the first life on the day the real daughter comes back. The real daughter has a 'system', that caused the death of FL in the first life. She needs to suck up the luck of FL. FL does not give her the chance in this life and leaves. The 'parents' of FL (not the rich couple) are not her bio parents. FL lives on her own in a house she 'bought with prize money from school'. Tell me, in what world can a 15 or 16 year old buy a house in the capital? even somewhere else, you cannot put the house under a minors name... anyway, moving on... FL meets ML who is 'disabled', because she hacked into the administrative system and put her household registration on his, because she is a minor. (this has no relation with the house i just mentioned) ML quickly found out and came to her. the rest is history :) FL makes her fortune as a genius doctor. BUT... How can she just practice medicine without a license and ask such huge amounts of money? no Joke, but she asks hundreds of millions to billions ... Author tried to describe FL as indifferent, but I think she is a nosy b**tch. sorry not sorry. As the story progresses, she often aggravated relatively small matters, or sought conflict where none was needed. I could not stand the novel anymore when a second real/fake daughter plot got inserted. i already wanted to drop it when FL helped a woman get pregnant, wanting the child to be part of a bet she had with ML, on the question whether the woman could get married to her lover. FL wanted to win the bet. So, she helped the weak/unhealthy woman get pregnant. The lover does not want to marry her and FL knows this full well. I was really in shock... FL does not have to be perfect, but this one has no morals. So, I realize that my review is a bit negatieve, but that is because I just dropped it. aside from the negative points mentioned, the novel was okay enough to bind me over 200 chapters, so give it a try if you want! I give it a 3/5.

As usual, translation quality could have been a bit better, some parts/words feel machine translated and that is not what we pay for. about the content of the novel. it is cute. the world is fantasy, and at times confusing. the relationship between people is very simple; i see you, i like/hate you. no depths. this is how she meets her master, and her followers. a huuuge plus for the novel is that we know from the beginning that ML is no fool. we also sometimes read his struggles with lying about this to FL. I really like that. What i like less is the constant drama, often because FL or ML is being gossiped about, and then they start a fight. it is really every few chapters, very repetitive. also, the novel (original) has over 3000 chapters... 😵‍💫 for now i think the novel is worth the read. do i think i would pay for 3000 chapters? no. for that, the novel is too childish and simpel. so, if you like a cute novel set in ancient times, with a genius FL and a pretending to be dumb ML, then you can try it. 3/5

Agreed. Tried it out, but I cannot get into it. The story seems a little childish and lacks logic. The characters are flattish to me. I just could not get over the part where she takes the child home after finding him. Without preparation her family walks into the village. Why not call the police? Or more family members? It is weird. Was the Yu family any smarter, they should have sued for slander. FL does not have ANY evidence whatsoever. Because I just cannot get into it, and because it seems to flat to me, I am dropping it

I love fantasy novels! It is just that even fantasy needs logic. if author is going to build a new world, they should, but they should also explain how/what/why. and that is where it seems to go wrong in this novel, when FL jumps from weak to felling a soldier, or the old granny goes from fractured bones to shopping at dior within a day.

while i like the novel, i am not going to waste my coins. over the past few months i have often looked forward to a translated novel, but i basically always end up disappointed. He/she are ALWAYS confused, sentences are weird, and there is no logic to the chapter, or weird logic is applied. i find that reading the original with machine translation can give a better reading experience than these translations, which is just sad. sometimes it just turns out the novel is weird, but then why choose to translate it? i read till chapter 20 and just cannot continue. out of nowhere whe goes from lying on her bed and dying to her original rich parents. then out of nowhere she goes from weak/malnourished to using 10% of her strength to disable a soldier. she rescues a grandma on the road, that grandma FRACTURES her TAILBONE, yes you read that right, but then the very same day grandma is shopping at Dior, discussing the rescue. Overall i don't think the novel is bad bad, but just close your mind, cause it will consume your braincells
