Time math is hard apparently. If one day outside is 30 days inside, then 12 days outside is 1 year inside. So, 1000 years inside is 12000 days, or 32 years, outside. They only spent like 3 years inside when they were in the Mythic Forest, assuming they didn’t leave for the entire outside month. If they spent 12 hours outside training and 12 hours of outside time inside, it would be 15 outside days plus about 15 months, or a little more than a year, inside.

Wouldn’t that just be “three days from now”?

Wouldn’t the first student have 12 flowers and only 12 students get into the test? You would need all the students on a different flower and to move around to see all 12 flowers (there would need to be 12 or less students as well).

This chapter confused me. The transition from the chapter before to the beginning of this one is too big. He is taking her home on the page before and now she is suddenly talking about moving out. There is no lead in or discussion about why she would move out. Nothing about her getting better after using all her mental strength.

Poor Hester. Vaan needs to take a chill pill. Pushing her like that will not help him in the long run. He needs her useful and not holding back the team on the expedition.

The question nobody is asking is whether the blue car was trying to hit her or it was an accident. It is kind of unclear as it could be taken either way. We know from the description that Sam is a demon trapped inside the “robot”. So what is Zary? Who was her father? Was he human? Is she not full human and is it her human side that is dying and she will be fine in a month but become a demon or something (vampire, succubus, etc)?

It is impossible to be that early for every meeting at that level of work. She would have some meetings back to back or close together and there would be no way to get from one to the other with that much spare time.

Is this part of the reason why fallen witches can progress further? They accept and use mana/energy from Gahena and that is probably what Vaan is alluding to when he talks about it. There is something strange about the ascendant witches and the history of how things happened. Can’t wait to learn more!

If the accounts are linked, can she freeze their account also? Also, she should be able to go to the bank I person and close out the account since she is an adult and not a dependent.
