him and his councilors were just talking about asking the surviving envoy about what made the harpies act up. As the reader we know he only gave a partial answer. Why didn't he ask why they were thrown off a cliff? He just said the response from them was to much for the cause.

The harpies are running on anime plot. where people act irrational and the only person who knows somethings up just goes " somethings not right here but let's see what happens ". Then doesn't even follow up on it. like she knows that guy is gonna do something irrational. She know a war is about to happen that involves her people. She is in contact demigods who have given he insight. AT WHAT POINT DOES SHE STOP BEING SO PASSIVE AND TIMID.
