I think , he is referring to his profession, which is detective

Instantly, Lumian felt a twinge of embarrassment, but he was never one to blush easily. He maintained a composed smile and articulated, "Can you not tell that being honest will put your life in danger?"

maybe Baron will also join Lumian Bandwagon

At his age, even without additional complications, his fate as a street urchin wouldn't be kind.

Lumian is doing the mission for AO( to gain trust of Gardner Martin and infiltrate iron and blood cross order), while also completing the mission of the tarot club to infiltrate AO. At the same time doing the mission of Franca (to Inflitrate Iron and Blood cross order) which is from tarot club.

Combined with the burning of 13 Avenue du Marché over a decade ago, Mr. K had mentioned that the Iron and Blood Cross Order had drifted from the other organizations that believed in that entity in recent years. Madam Magician had mentioned that the current vigil ritual wasn't the Iron and Blood Cross Order's usual test. Lumian vaguely formulated an incomplete sequence of events in his mind.

yes, he really has high end mysticism knowledge for his level . He even knows and uses boons and related knowledge. And all his contacts are high sequences , so he can clear his doubts easily. Compared to him, most at his level don't even know acting method

Isn't that just saying, "I don't know why, but we have to give it a try?" Uh, maybe the Boss knows the reason, but he's afraid of scaring us if he reveals it. He can't directly tell the present members that there are many dangers hidden underground that even deities can't resolve—the kind that requires rebuilding a Trier above the Fourth Epoch ruins as a seal. That's why the two Churches won't attempt to enter. Heh heh, who would dare to go underground when they're not seriously corrupted? Lumian tried his best to control his gaze and posture, so as not to show any air of superiority.

maybe he is informing others of the signals which are transmitted from his tamed animal ( The mouse which senses danger)

Simultaneously, "Rat" Christo couldn't contain his surprise and delight, exclaiming, "Everything's fine now!"

He would still say this out loud. He is just not doing it ," to tame them" ( to make himself look reliable in their eyes)

If it weren't for the fact that you two Beyonders lack mystical knowledge and might cause trouble during the box exchange, I wouldn't be taking such a risk myself.

let's say , sequence 9 power is 10, sequence 8 power is 100, sequence 7 is 1000 and sequence 4 is 1 million. When using sequence 4 as base , the power difference between mid sequence beyonders and low sequence beyonders is not large, in fact insignificant , as low sequence beyonders with sufficient preparation can kill mid sequence beyonders with help and catching them off guard. But for Christo and Simon ,who are low sequence beyonders they can only use sequence 9 power level as base and considering that sequence 7 is very powerful ,it is countless(as they clearly cannot know the exact difference in power) times powerful in their perspective.

Sequence 7 was the starting point for Mid-Sequence Beyonders. Compared to Low-Sequence Beyonders like themselves, their strength had undergone a qualitative transformation. They were countless times more powerful!

Lumian , as stated , didn't lie. Only Lumian truly knows what happened as he mainly omitted the details related to sacrifice and termiboros. Which no one else knows other than lumian and Susanna Matisse.

He spoke the truth, albeit blurring the sequence of events, time, and location, as well as omitting a few details. The logic remained intact. Mr. K harbored no suspicions after hearing the account; instead, he sighed and cautioned Lumian not to overly rely on the finger since there were multiple ways to sever the mystical connection between him and it.

Risking his life is not equal to sacrificing his life. maybe risking his life for strangers is part of the meaning he rediscovered . Also there are always rewards associated with high risk. For him to face and defeat his enemies with high sequences he needs to take huge risks anyway.

"Definitely," Lumian replied casually, his gaze fixed on the street ahead. "In such moments, you must rediscover the meaning of life and determine what truly matters to you."

The fool Klein has subordinates , while they trust the fool and follow him, the fool has fooled everyone and never showed his true self fully to anyone (maybe evernight knows his true self but she is not his subordinate ). While Lumian also has secrets, he is more honest and more truer to his allies. When he advances to high sequences ,Lumians allies will have true chemistry among themselves and will cooperate to accomplish their goals easily . Tarot club members themselves don't know the real names of their allies and members of TC. The book 1 and book 2 is like ice (cold and lonely) and fire ( burns and expands).

Franca glanced at Lumian's head and suggested, "Come here, I'll help you restore your original hair color. It's best not to make any changes during a time like this to avoid arousing suspicion."

also possible ,that there were no aliens out there and humans just made habitable planets their home and outer deities were former humans who got beyonder powers and ascended.. not sure about this theory

"You, better than anyone, should be aware that the vast cosmos above us represents an expansive universe. Countless planets exist within it, each akin to its own world. Many of these worlds harbor their own civilizations. The world we inhabit is but one among an endless expanse, as insignificant as a speck of dust.

Maybe before the acopalypse on earth, Humans from earth migrated to other planets. The secret of western continent/other continent is also not revealed. it is also possible, that the habitable planets were already filled with aliens originally from the planet and former humans who maybe mutated and adapted to the conditions of that planet .

fools and hunter will make a good pair of teammates.. one is cautious and will predict future and plan and other will instinctively sense danger and act accordingly if plan fails..both complementing each other

Secondly, his instinct for danger had undergone significant enhancement. Gone were the days when he only sensed trouble at the very brink of eruption. Through careful observation of his surroundings and the assimilation of information, Lumian could now activate his intuition preemptively. Consequently, he could detect if he was being followed and employ his anti-tracking techniques more effectively and flawlessly.
