it was mentioned a couple chapters ago that the other name for Leizhou continent is Renault. The author just generally uses the chinese version of the name. Much like how countries have different names in different languages.
Other than Huangzhou, where the alliance headquarters was located, the eleven other continents got their names or dubbed them from the eleven generals who had founded the era. For example, the continent of Leizhou got its name from General Harmon Renault. just Author convenience. the continents do have their own names, but in the story you'll primarily see the Chinese version of it. much like the most languages have different names for different countries. In all honesty this is one of the few Chinese novels where I can't find even a trace of nationalism that is so common in Chinese novels. If most of the names weren't clearly Chinese you wouldn't even notice this was a Chinese novel for the most part. and even so the author uses a lot of non Chinese names too

poaching is fine, it just means giving someone a better deal. It's simply a matter of contracts and employment. stealing others work however is theft, taking undue credit, and generally means that the person you signed isn't that capable. a parasite, and a scandal in the making.

yeah they had the choice, but they explicitly chose to involve themselves as they were planning on fighting and killing anyone there they could when they came across them in general. Only because they got "saved" by those two did they decide to exclude one group from their kill list. second, them killing those elders wasn't a fair trade. while yes it would've escalated eventually, at least then it would have been a controlled escalation. now they were caught unawares while the other sect was essentially prepared for escalation. Meaning they might lose a lot more elders than they otherwise would have, while killing less elders than they might have. tldr, the twins killing some elders didn't really hurt that sect, but the other sect getting caught of guard by the sudden escalation in response definitely would hurt that sect more.

probably, but those formations serve probably more simpler purposes. whereas this router is extremely complicated, or rather it is complicated because it needs to do it incredibly fast and often. otherwise it'd be relatively simple.

dumb idea. they still need the numbers as most still have plenty of potential for getting strong. and it will leave the sects only severely weakened. there's other sects as well. this isn't a videogame where you get exp for killing. fighting doesn't really make them stronger.
