I'm gonna jump in on this a bit. Actually in ch258 nightingale asks him if he's the real roland and he answers that he is and isn't, both being true. And while her power works on beliefs, I would find it odd it would trigger false on the technicality that the current roland isn't really Tilly's sister, while it's true on the technicality that he is the real roland.
