I actually think Tilly's ability is underused. She's an extraordinary and has genius level intellect, but she hasn't participated in the creation or use of most of Roland's new weapons. She's not even on the general staff for war planning (I could be wrong, but even if she is and I didn't notice she hasn't participated in planning war strategy or anything). Apart from the planes we haven't seen Roland make use of her powers, which kinda feels like a waste since she's the most likely to be able to understand the knowledge he has from his other life and the dream world.

Well, the ordinary people learn from their experience as well. Like Roland himself pointed out just before, people can practice and learn to operate a machine according to it's instructions. The main difference is they can't reach the same level as talented people because they're coming from a lower starting point and don't learn as fast.
Without a doubt, the gifted ones would have a better chance. They normally learned much faster than ordinary people, as they possessed the ability to learn from their experience. Very true. The Wright Brothers invented the first plane and flew, but since the technology has advanced a lot and most planes are designed by scientists and engineers that have never flown one themselves.

Agenda's is debatable, but I guess it depends on your viewpoint. Might be common sense to some and controversy to other. Either way though, the science on their channel is solid and well researched.
