Paused chapter 534. Solid translation and story so far. MC felt extremely OP in the early stages but then he started to stagnate with enemies around every corner. He had to jump through so many hoops and put in a ton of effort to come out ahead, and there’s still a lot of foreshadowing and other mysteries going on in the background. Not exactly what I expected, thought it would be a more straightforward story. Game world has been interesting so far though, so a win for those who prefer more plot.

probably one of the most disappointing stories on here. the synopsis makes it sound fun and exciting, and there’s the whole buildup to when the aliens start merging, but the story stops literally before anything starts happening. we basically just read a prologue. translations are almost as bad as non-straight up MTL can get. pronouns rarely accurate, often mistranslated phrases that make no sense. dodge if you can.

a very strange story. it was enjoyable but imo fell off rapidly after the whole water city arc. the younger sister was with him much earlier and they were mutually appreciative but then he just got with the older sister and just up and left to travel??? what about the whole nominal punishment thing or about the sis u just ditched?? the whole story just becomes rushed thanks to the old man, and the last chapter was a joke. definitely should have been many more chapters longer.

Dropped chapter 576. The novel was good up to around chapter 400, then everything falls apart. The whole world revolves around going through multiple simulations and how the MC fights his way against fate. But basically the entire novel after chapter 400 is ONE WORLD. I’ve already read almost 200 chapters of this one world and based on the chapter titles it’s going to last for at least another 100+ chapters. Plus in this world the whole system of having the gem reminders or his cheat are all out the window, so it’s like a completely different story where he’s just flailing around faced with tons of undefeatable enemies. Not fun.

Not a bad story as far as brainless stallion OP MC works go. The MC is incredibly overpowered, literal cheat code hacker compared to everyone else. Despite that, he’s still reasonably cautious and low key which I do appreciate. The harem is innocuous, but with all the emphasis on sex that the author puts, you would really expect them to write something less vague and repetitive all the time. Also appreciate that there’s relatively few cocky young masters or lifelong enemies, instead people working together to help the MC fight against evil. Translation leaves some to be desired, especially in terms of grammar. Gets worse in the last 1/2 or 1/3 with constant switches in pronouns. The ending is also kinda abrupt though not the worst in terms of WebNovel standards.

Excellent story. Short and sweet with smooth writing. And good thing too, since I have the feeling that any more chapters would have only been filled with drama. Already had enough drama in the last few chapters, thank you. Plus the excerpt from the side story is ominous in foreboding more drama and possible threesomes, so thankfully this original story was free of that. Can indulge in the sugar in the middle chapters.

Paused at chapter 100. A real shame, since this is one of the most solidly written original novels here with proper grammar and an interesting premise. Sadly, it’s also bland as fuck. The book is basically a narration of what is going on, there’s barely any emotion or insight into the main character, and all that’s going on is a combo of dungeon diving + costume shows + constant partying. Hate to see this happen.

dropped around chap 120. the concept of the system and cheat are pretty solid, entertaining that he gets so many benefits passively from the system but still isn’t that strong. however, it gets pretty frustrating that they are constantly in danger of eradication from people way stronger than them. tiring to read.

solid story. translation was readable, most characters stay relevant, and the 3 pets are all very cute. there’s a lot of overarching tension but on a survivable scale bc the MC is able to use his cheat to figure things out every time. unfortunate that the ending just stopped there bc there should have been like at least 100-200 more chapters that were just summarized with a single simulation.

warning to any paying readers: don’t do it. this story is fun but if you’re paying, it’s absolutely not worth it at all. pros of the story are few and far between. heavily relies on a gacha system so as a filthy gacha gamer I personally kept on going because of that. the MC is extremely OP, doesn’t really run into any struggles since his system lets him power level from the comfort of his own home. and…that’s about it? the English is legible and could be worse. i guess. watch out for: mediocre writing. definitely reads with English as a second language. tons of grammar problems or random words or phrases that don’t make sense, no sense of show not tell, often sounds like something an elementary school student would write. and here’s why you shouldn’t pay to read this: just off the top of my head I would guess that at least half of the words in this story is just info dumping the main character or the summons’ or equipments’ info screens. like you scroll down the pretty short chapter and some of them are just made of 3 consecutive equipment info screens. what the fk? plus the author likes to copy and paste the entire last 1/5th of the previous chapter to “transition” into the next chapter. so you get maybe 2/5th of a chapter of “new content” and then another info screen to update you on the main character’s stats. absolute nonsense, i was literally zooming through the story from scrolling past those stat screens. read at your own risk.

stopped at 158/400. when i started this story i thought it held a lot of promise. the whole premise of a MC who has already found true love and fallen into the pits of despair only to crawl out of it bleeding from every pore while shredding apart his enemies was quite attractive. I enjoyed it while the whole premise was that he was going to be overpowered. I didn’t mind the whole nerf about him being classless and struggling bc of that, but having like 0 indication of a way out of his predicament even 150+ chapters in and struggling on every single floor right now is a little depressing. plus it sometimes feels like the story is kinda unfocused with so many changes in POV and side arcs. a shame, thought this would have more potential.

stopped at chapter 249 out of 600ish. this story is pretty solid, and the writing is quite good by webnovel standards. not many grammar mistakes but some misused pronouns like every other story on here. the plot was pretty fun and exciting for a while, but at this time i’ve gotten a little tired by the relationships in this story. rn i dread having mina show up. the author has nix maintain so many vague relationships, especially with mina, and i have a feeling that he’s gonna have nix add her into the harem despite what she’s said and all her prejudices and dilly dallying and whatnot. nix is a simp for real, can’t reject anyone. a shame bc i feel like it would have been more interesting if he made his relationships more clear cut and placed more emphasis on other things.

Stopped at chapter 117. Already 1/7th into the novel but our MC hasn’t even made it out of the tutorial quest yet. If you’re here for wish fulfillment and OP satisfaction, best look away. So far our MC has enemies everywhere who can snuff him out with a breath, plus the whole system thing controlling him in the background so he can’t even be overpowered. Plus the fact that he’s an idiot. He even says it himself multiple times when he finally awakens from raging for no reason or just being ignorant. A shame bc I liked the whole premise of having a mob character who would destroy the protags.

not a bad work from webnovel. it’s definitely more of a parody work like OPM, the MC here redefines the definition of overpowered. only 600 chapters and manages to stay pretty entertaining throughout. some missing plot questions at the end but a better ending than most on this website (not saying much). translation is alright, lots of mistakes in pronouns though.

i just finished this manga/comic after getting sucked into it from the card event. and i have to say, i think i lost half my brain cells. i loved the art. the male lead and the female lead were both gorgeous. but i think the only thing that kept me going (besides the dog blood which was so regretfully addicting) was the kids. the twins are so adorable. the savior of this comic for sure. meanwhile i must give props to the author for thinking of every possible way for the enemies to be cockroaches and delay the reveal as long as possible. i have no idea how they managed to delay the reveal all the way to the last few chapters of the comic. facepalming.
