Best book hands down. Everything about this book's writing from world building, plot, character development and progression, romance, etc. are the best I have seen from the hundreds of c-novels I have read. I absolutely adore this book from the bottom of my heart. Sheng Xiao and Yu Huang will forever be the best main characters. The book's pacing was also very good taking into account that cultivation takes time. The plot is so great I want to read this for the first time all over again. Everything made sense and was wrapped nicely by the end of the novel. I had to MTL it but it was readable. Author did such a good job on this book. I can't wait for it to be fully TLed. I will read this back. 10/10

I agree. I am all for OP characters but this is too much. She has been given everything with little to no work but I'm too bored and lazy to look for another book 😭

As much as I love Su Ning I wish she restrains herself much more given that in her pov: 1. GYC already has a fiancé. In the earlier chapters she kept talking like an "elder" who are only looking out for them and will let go but now she is just spoiled from the two MLs' attention. Plus, any way you look at it, she technically has no right to be rude to Syd. 2. GYC has been ignoring her for so long. Bb, have some pride please ;-;

The story was okay. I love that it was not dragged out. World background was sufficient for the plot. There were a lot of loose ends like the company. We never actually saw them achieve success in that area despite the number of chapters dedicated to the business which ultimately did nothing much to the plot. That is why some arcs felt like fillers. The FL's flashbacks felt so unnecessary because her past did not caught up with her. I thought the man who betrayed her would show up but was only there to make FL and ML's relationship more rocky. The last war, for being the final arc, did not build up for what it was supposed to be. I was expecting an epic fight but instead FL just too OP. Great story still. Enjoyed reading it during this free promo.
