I personally think Xiao'er is inconsistent at best and unreasonable at worse. First, she is worried about being abandoned, which was unlikely to happen. Next, she is apparently satisfied with only being Xue Bai's dual cultivation partner which would still make her a vase, just not a useless vase. Finally, after all that talk about being useless, she doesn't even cultivate the extra stages despite knowing about them and isn't even diligent in her regular cultivation. Maybe she was right to worry about being abandoned because with this mindset Xue Bai will almost be forced to eventually leave her behind for her own safety at some point.
Shouldn't that be impossible? In Chapter 52 two of the effects of King of Niflheim are +0% Hostility against certain types of Local Monsters & +100% Fixed Favorability towards Local NPCs. Since she counts as both plus her being his creation, her favorability should always be maxed out regardless of what he does.
Just one, the Innate Dao Source Physique. If you're asking about Wang Wei he has an Innate Paragon Soul and the Fate Puppeteer Physique. The Heavy Axe Physique doesn't count because he couldn't fully absorb it.
Jesus Christ, you need to calm down and chill out my dude. Is this really a good enough reason to drop the novel? I have continued to read much worse novels simply because I still found them entertaining to read (or make fun of). This novel isn't nearly bad enough to openly bash like this.
I have to say, Di Tian is one of the best-written antagonists I've seen in a long time! He has a proper motive to desperately what to become a Great Emperor beyond just wanting power, he has the power of nine past lives making him almost unstoppable even beyond his own understanding, and he's only ever really been defeated by Eternal Emperors! Not to mention he has been the antagonist throughout most of history, making him even more threatening! Absolutely great work!
I know Li Jun was affected by Probability Manipulation but I would have 150% retreated or I would have at least tried to retreat. Why waste all your efforts being cautious only to be tricked into a disadvantageous fight. Retreat, cause some more chaos to scramble their forces and take them all down individually just like he's already been done. This is not so much a complaint as it is just questioning why he didn't at least try to retreat. I know Li Jun, Tie Gang, and their armies are overall stronger than the gods but you have to remember Li Jun was told to be cautious.
Using a million Good Fortune Flames to temper his soul? If that doesn't work the only other thing I can personally think of is to temporarily split his soul into millions of smaller souls that can all become Primordial Spirits and fuse them all back together and that's only assuming he has the power to split his soul.
I might have hindsight NOW but I'm only saying that I wasn't wrong at the time. Plus, there IS foreshadowing if you look for it. And while I'm at it, is this information worth his ONLY extra life? He could have used it for something much better like a suicide attack that he KNEW would have killed Di Tian instead of just getting information. And no, I'm not talking about a suicide attack at the level of the Supernatural Realm. I'm talking about a power of Law level suicide attack at the Void Shattering, Saint, or Supreme Realm. At that point, he would have access to the Law of Slaughter and could have ACTUALLY killed Di Tian regardless of how strong he was.
