One of the worst novels I've ever read. It started kinda interesting initially, but it turned to absolute shit midway. Boring characters and too much torture porn (rape included) with no purpose whatsoever. Don't include something you don't understand. The entire story was pointless. MC didn't achieve anything meaningful or anything he strived for. He failed in all his goals and dreams even after everything he did. His entire life was for nothing, just like this fucking story. What a waste of time!

Everything you wrote is entirely wrong. Did you sacrifice your intelligence to achieve your "Divine Patience"? MC cultivated the strongest technique. The other cultivation techniques were used as a supplement. MC didn't have any mythical companions in the beginning. Almost all growth-type eggs were hatched at the mortal level and had to be evolved with various resources. Furthermore, MC never lost after the first fight with An Jing. He defeated her in a single move in their next battle. Although this story is far from perfect, your review is utter bs.

Unfortunately this webnovel has too few good points and too many bad ones. Terrible writing is one of them. I don't want to read some weird-ass sound effects. "Hua" and "ca-ca" are not sounds I could recognize. How about describing them properly? You are writing a book, for fucks sake. Furthermore, the MC is bland and racist: foreigners have to pay more so the Chinese can feel better about themselves. Pathetic! At least that adds a sprinkle to his non-existing personality. Every side character has more going on in their lives than the MC. The System stated MC would learn Chinese and western cuisine. Yet I have to wonder what the so-called "western cuisine" is supposed to be in China. I would think of Italian or French food, for starters, but the MC has only learned and served Chinese food so far, and I cannot imagine it changing further up in the story. It's also not a phenomenon unique to this story. Other cooking web novels share it as well. Since we have mentioned similar web novels, Gourmet Food Supplier doesn't offer anything original besides the modern setting. There is nothing unique or exciting here. Even the System is boring. Never mind the repetitive content... I cannot recommend this story. Don't waste your time here.

After 100 chapters, I still have no idea where this story is supposed to go besides the MC getting stronger. The MC travels through time and space and finds himself as a younger version of himself in a parallel world. Everything seems to be the same, except for cultivation and the supernatural being real now. The MC has a system that allows him to travel to different worlds through simulations and keep items, skills, and knowledge gained through a lottery system. The real-world story is rather bland, and while the simulations are more interesting, the author highlights the boring bits like pointless conversations and skips anything interesting—not to mention the sheer amount of redundant sentences. All in all, both parts lack depth and flavor. However, my biggest disappointment is that there is no emotional engagement. There are simply no moments that would make your blood boil or cause grief for any character. Nothing that happens inside the simulation truly affects the MC too much. His personality doesn't seem to change even after he experienced decades as another person. The MC doesn't have much of a personality in the first place. All he does is smile and think of a way to use the people around him for his greatest benefit, but the author fails to make the delivery original or even interesting. All feelings are either ignored or there are none in the first place. The potential is there, but unfortunately, the author failed to grasp it.

The story started interesting and was fun to read. However, as it progressed, the quality dropped to the bottom. I can deal with cliches, but seeing the author constantly introducing new elements to the story just to forget them soon after was simply frustrating. It is a complete mess! Any little bit of romance that was forming at the beginning of the story was also abandoned just so the author could use another boring cliche trope. Unfortunately, the ending was unsatisfying as well. In the end, I cannot recommend this web novel.
