yea the power difference is not really that big. admiral and yonko match can go either way except for kaido and prime whitebeard cuz they will definitely win on 1 vs 1 (not the old and sick and on life support ). they are the strongest man and creature for a reason. Big Mom = can easily counter aokiji ice with haki and Prometheus. however, i believe that Akainu and kizaru could overwhelmed her with their destructive devil fruit and haki. fujitora fruit would ve useless because of her insane physical strength. don't know about greenbull. kaido = yeah no. no one alive can win 1 vs 1 against him. only Prime beard, prime garp, and roger that can win with high difficulty. it took the whole scabbards, law and kid awakening , luffy broken mythical zoan fruit, carrying onigashima, and basically fighting non stop. shanks = well from what I've read from Ace Novel he is by far the youngest and weakest yonko individually. he is perfect counter against a logia admiral due to his haki. basically you have to be as strong as shanks to be a yonko back then (but not now lol buggy and luffy is weaker than him but they are a yonko) cuz the other 3 yonko are insanely strong. he is the most "normal" between kaido, big mom, whitebeard. relying on superior conqueror haki as well as swordsmanship and his crew. his crew is the strongest and balanced. similar to roger and straw hats. not a lot of people but all oh them are powerhouses (shanks - benn - yassopp -lucky roo, roger-Rayleigh- oden, luffy-zoro-sanji-jimbei). meanwhile the other yonko consisting of a lot of fodders and a few powerhouses.

the only shichibukai that might win against an admiral is Mihawk (maybe hancock and kuma via their df hax,not their combat power) . The yonko commanders and other shichibukai can't win lol. stall for sure. but win? ? nah Admiral and Yonkos are on the same tier. Marco was able to stall Big Mom, Akainu, King and Queen cuz of his crazy df that is perfect for defence and stalling. he didn't have the offensive power to damage an admiral. Kizaru took 0 damage in marineford. Akainu was annoyed by him. katakuri is just gear 4 luffy that got owned by kaido in 1 hit lol (Thunderr Bagua) king lost against zoro. (unless u want to state that zoro is admiral level ??)

usopp durability is insane man. He tanked a lot of attacks without haki or devil fruit.

it's probably true. One Piece "normal" human (garp, luffy, sanji, zoro, whitebeard, shanks) did not have high passive durability.its weird man. garp got hurt by a normal axe while sleeping. Whitebeard got hurt by bullet, cannonball, swords, etc. shanks arm got bitten by a sea king lol. however, during combat their durability skyrocketed to the extreme. shanks blocking akainu, whitebeard tanking being frozen to death, etc. the only person that have insane passive durability without haki and other things are Kaido, Big Mom ,zoan df users, and other races (giants,minks,etc)

it depends on the movie plot. the Sam Raimi trilogy feels like a more mature Spider-Man movies than MCU Spidey. maybe you can change the plot to make peter parker nerdier and act younger like a high school student . mix the raimi,mcu, garfield Spider-Man origin ( nerd, young, old aunty may, uncle ben death, smart) but keep the green goblin as the first Spider-Man villain. as for the actor, Tobey Maguire fits if you want to make him younger. Andrew peter parker is too "cool kids".
