Just another casual but enjoyable read nonetheless, the concept is nothing extremely new, sect leader who takes upon the mantle of an abandoned sect basically and eventually turns it into some kind of holy land. There have been a few similar tropes that have appeared within the story already and whilst this book isn’t extremely high quality, I would recommend it for a read if your simply bored. In conclusion it’s just another average novel building upon its predecessor’s ideas.
Not necessarily my cup of tea, however the story reads relatively smoothly, it’s also somewhat unique in being that the story starts with MC being a middle aged man struggling to make ends meet for his family. The system showcased within the story isn’t extremely powerful and it seems it’s been set up for somewhat slow progression, nonetheless, it’s somewhat repetitive and like many other trial reads it’s merely average. Probably good for casual readers and people that enjoy a harmonious family atmosphere within their novels.
Suitable for casual read, definitely not the most intriguing and nail biting story, however it’s still at the very least readable. Also a genre I’m fond of in regards to family cultivation. Overall it’s simply average. Not absolute trash or absolute excellence, just average thus far 20 chapters in.
Interesting read, it’s also a somewhat original concept in being the fact that it’s not another repeat like random video games to real life situations. Characters aren’t necessarily fleshed out, however for the most part they have their own personality and the Mc is also clever and no longer a hot blooded youth. Having read just over 20+ chapters I can see the political intrigue coming into play which has thus far only been glazed over, nonetheless, it is still something constantly prominent. Overall I would say it’s a good read in contrast to other books, even taking into account the cheap translations.
This one isn't horrible to read, however as a harem hater this does lose a bit of points in my book. As of chapter 20 there isn't too much world building and time passes at a decent rate, the characters while not completely dull do feel sort of lifeless especially his wife and dao companion who barely even have any dialogue so far. Overall though an ok read.
A surprisingly decent trial read for once. The mc is smart in the sense that he is realistic, and his "cheat" isn't really all that overpowered. It takes time to even train, furthermore information isn't thrown in your face forcing you to digest it within the first chapter. Overall good read, optimistic about future chapters.
Seems interesting enough to stand out from a majority other trial reads, hope this gets picked.
This is probably one of the interesting stories I've seen, hope it gets picked. Not to mention it's not following the whole trend with these overpowered starts and having no family. Anyways these family systems especially are what I find most interesting.
