Just let me summarize the below comments (without the spoilers as i just skim past it so even i don't know), A commenter post that mc is now 26 years old mentally (cause 13 prev life+13 now) which people down there debated that's not how we should calculate mc mental age. Some argue mc should be around 17-19 years old in which i somewhat agree. For me i think its at least 15 and at most 19 and am leaning towards the younger mindset. Imo, at 13 years old ur barely a teenager (or at least the early stages of it) at the time. Re-Experiencing childhood and teenage-hood twice shouldn't mean mc has the mindset of a 26 year old adult but we could all agree he indeed has lived for 26 years. Growth in mindset and maturity should be accompanied by growth physically plus changes from the environment.

Nah... i prefer to agree with the novel "Hunter x Hunter: Tonight, Germain joins the hunt / 全职猎人：今夜，杰尔曼加入狩猎" on how it potrays dark continent where in actuality, the dark continent isn't that much of a scam it was, at least if not for the disasters who are the peak monsters in the nearby area of lake mobius and the gatekeeper who send the 5 disasters into the lake should humanity returns. As long as u don't enter the disaster level threat area, elite level hunters can still survive. also, i love how it portrays the connection between the 5 disasters with the 5 hopes plus the nen ability of the mc is the darkest dungeon game system with some bloodborne elements
