idk where you got your data from that made you think like this, but no. Asians have suffered a lot of setbacks in many fields of the US, including education, childhood, and history. they were discriminated against for their cultural practices and food for much longer then the last 5 years where it's started to become mainstream and popular. also this isn't a comparison of discrimination, each person and culture experiences it in slightly different ways

the saying essentially means "when two people battle, it's the third party that gets the rewards" so the sandpiper and the clam are fighting, making them in close proximity for the fisherman to catch them both and end up the only one with any profit. I hope that clears it up for you guys!
