He also should have seen how people can betray each other easily for benefit. All i see here is just a naive boy that never live a hard life.

I feel quite dissapointed with how the mc just easily help her. Friend? no need to pay me? the mc is so easily become friendly just because she is a girl and beautiful. Well, I loath 'good' protagonist who regards morality and principle, save everyone recklessly (especially damsel in distress) and unnecessary worst if he's too powerful that no consequence would really affect him when he does those stupid things. Keep it up author i hope he stays in character until the end and won't be hypocrite (I hope he won't try to justify whatever he does).

Death and Healing doesnt complement each other

In the early chapters, i think it was said that oracle ai doesnt feel emotion? why is she feeling emotion here?

How did the child still survive? is this a plot armor because he is a child? he should be in half near death state or even died because of the temperature in the desert, just because aether in the air he shouldnt be that strong, i can still understand the adult still survive (they should be in near death state too though) but the child?. Even jake,amy,will that have accumulated aether still feeling extremely cold. Is it that the temperature is not that harsh? It's not that i want the child to die, but i don't really like it when children survive in a survival novel just because the plot/authors are protecting them. No offence just my opinion.

I thought this novel is about a villain mc .It seems just another "emotionless" "cold" hero novel that save everyone and care about anyone nonsense. Personality growth? Nope, it's a change of personality. Really disappointing.

That's a not a solid reason. Where did they learn torture in the first place? I just cant see the reason those kids to torture. Are their parents a criminal so they learnt from their parents? or Do their parent torture them? i doubt so.
