The first instruction given was he could enter and exit the tower at any time. So maybe he took a break. The riddler only said the challenge ends if he FAILS to answer. Not if he waited to answer. Also timeskips. he could have beaten the entire tower at this point

Why are we assuming his body hasnt rotted away? There was no details of an advanced civilization covering the planet during the crash. It could have been 100s or 1000s of years, if not more.
Recently, he had made a wild guess that the Wallace of this Earth and the other Wallace from the outer space is the same but since he arrived here in the planet, the world did not allow two Wallace to exist resulting to his death and reincarnating or merging with the other Wallace here. Thats not a thing. A court martial trial is UCMJ law which doesnt apply to non military. You cant court martial a civilian. You cant even court martial a normal gov employee. It ONLY applies to soldiers
