Well I tHink that there is the servants an their family too so divided by 4 (suppose 2 parents + 1 child as average) it’s "only" 400 servants

We arr NOT all born equal, some people have a higher strenght limit, some can more easily understand certain subjects, some have naturaly faster reflexes. Hell, some people are even born disabled! BUT a lot of it can depend on the effort of the individual in a given field but there will be a limit for some people at one point and not for others (even if it is extremely rare for people to reach it even almost impossible) So if, let’s say, a magic power swept around the world and enhanced everyone we would probably not all be equal!
