~My Mermaid Prince~ BL

After mermaids were believed to have been hunted to extinction by humans in pursuit of their power, no one has seen one in over two hundred years. Yet, when the Gaiwarth Imperial Academy of Magic's new school year begins and the crown prince attends under a disguise, he can't help but notice that his new roommate seems a little bit fishy. Update Schedule Sporadic ~Authors Note~ BTW dear readers, there will be some 'spicy scenes' throughout this novel... you have been warned ^-^ Also sorry for some minor mistakes with grammar or naming that may occur here or there. I'll try my best to edit them out whenever they are found but some always manage to slip through T~T And I'll almost always be first on the power rankings (hehe) because on the days when I can't find the time to read other novels, I'll vote for my own (because I couldn't bear to let precious power stones go to waste and I have to hype myself up somehow~!)

Right at the minute when those plump red lips met his, Callan should've immediately shot to his feet and pushed the boy away. His rationality as the Crown Prince of Gaiwarth Country was screaming at him to do so, but Callan feigned ignorance and blocked out the annoying babbling of his swordsmanship instructor and captain of imperial guards, Reverro's voice which was ringing familiarly in his ears.

'Never trust strangers' He'd warned him ever since youth, back in the days when the sword he brandished was almost as tall as himself 'Always be on guard and never lower it as you'll don't know what clever tactics they'll try and employ to use against you.'

Callan chuckled internally.

If only Reverro could've seen him right now as he locked lips with a beautiful boy who he'd known for a grand total of around 20 minutes. Callan could perfectly envision how his face would go as white as a sheet of paper and how he might even seize up and flop to the ground, crying out to the ancient gods to save the prince's brain from ruin.

Callan met the pair of depthless blue eyes that were gazing hungrily at him and saw that Adrian's cheeks had now flushed as red as scarlet. It was alluring but just as he was about to drive his tongue forwards to venture into the great unknown, he felt the cold and wet sensation leave his lips.

"S-s-sorry." Adrian attempted to scramble back on the couch, stuttering in embarrassment. He didn't know what had overcome him in that instant to make him desire the other boy so strongly. His gaze darkened and the edges of his eyes reddened as he studied the face of the grey-haired boy before him and wondered if he'd always look so handsome.

Growing up, Adrian has always been described as a delicate beauty. His features were appealing to the eyes and tender and defined. They had a softness to them but also a mysterious charm, which he believed was owed to his mermaid heritage and this was only natural. After all, mermaids were once known to be one of the most beautiful of all the races, second only to their cousins, the sirens. But because Adrian had never met another mermaid before, how was he to know that even the fish paled in comparison to him, the treasure of the ocean?

He'd always been rather fond of beauty but the grey-haired boy wasn't anything special. His features were handsome and toned but they weren't particularly eye-catching. It was his gaze and body that captivated Adrian's interest. His grey eyes were sharp, intelligent, and piercing, and seemed to hold as many mysteries as there were stars in the sky, and just now when Adrian had instinctively reacted to kiss him, he'd felt his hand brush up against a chiseled chest that was as hard as a tree-stump.

Was this physique even possible for a magician? Shouldn't he have gone to the Imperial Academy for swordsmanship instead? Adrian couldn't help but marvel. It was almost a shame that his clothes appeared to be purposefully styled around hiding his great physique.

Maybe it was still the intoxication effect that gold phoenix's bloodline had on him, but Adrian felt a nearly irresistible urge to study the other's body a little more closely and without any knowledge surrounding the intricacies of bloodlines, he was confused as to why he was suddenly so keenly interested in his new roommate.

Of course, Adrian hadn't realized that Callan was currently under a heavy disguise and that in the future, when he did reveal his true appearance, Adrian would be forced to withdraw all his critics and doubts about Callan's average looks in an instant.

Callan noticed the boy's eyes wander across his chest, saw the intensity that blazed within them, and was forced to stifle his laughter.

Adrian's actions were clearly trying to push him away but the pool of his eyes reflected his inner thoughts. It was almost too cute and as Adrian gulped, Callan's sharp eyes followed the movement, like a trained hunter before his prey.

"There's nothing to be sorry for." He watched as Adrian's hands tightened their grip on the couch's edge as he spoke. The boy seemed ready to flee but Callan wasn't ready to give up just yet.

Although he'd promised himself that he would wait until later and that it was too early now, the other had taken the first step in initiating, and hence is why he thought to himself, that all promises were made to be broken anyway.

"It felt nice and soothing. It's a bit of a secret, but I have a fire-type bloodline which I sometimes find hard to regulate, and maybe it's because of your water element, but just then I felt come under control." This statement was a mix of both lies and weaved truths as Callan opened up to try and get the other to do the same and let him into both his heart and tender mouth again.

Callan knew that coercing the rabbit into entering the lion's den was best done slowly if he didn't want to scare it away.

"Y-y-you li-i-ked i-t?" Adrian's voice came out in stutters again and his beautiful eyes widened, as a mixture of emotions fluttered around his heart. He didn't know why but his brain felt fuzzy and slow and ever since he had pulled away from Callan and lost his source of heat, a strange emptiness and unsatisfaction had filled his chest.

'This boy is simply too irresistible.'

Callan stared at Adrian whose blush was beginning to trail down his pale neck and towards the exposed collarbones that hid beneath the shadowy depths of his black hoodie and spread smoothly across his face.

"Of course. If you ever want to do it again, then just ask me." As Callan was saying these words he was doing his best to resist the urge to just take the boy for himself.

How good would it feel to push him down right there on the couch and explore and taste every delicious inch of him? What would he taste like? What would it feel to do *cough cough* things with him and what noises would he make while doing so? Where is he most sensitive and beneath that annoying black hoodie what does his lean body look like?

A million more questions sped through his mind but thankfully none of them made their way to his lips.

If he continued to sit here, something would definitely happen and in order to stop himself, Callan began to get up from the couch but as he did so, he was stopped by the sound of a small voice, that was barely louder than a whisper but music to his ears.

"Then can we?"
