1 The Artist: Story One.

Ashley Riverback was sketching, like always. She was born with a talent. A talent of art. Her father had told her to draw, draw, and draw some more. He would hit her, kick her, and cut her if she wouldn't draw. She had to draw for her father's greedy wants. Her art sold for thousands. People all over the world wanted her art. She hated drawing. The ear-piercing sound of the pencil, the boring color. She hated it all. Her sister, Lillian Riverback, was gifted the talent of singing. She sounded like an angel. Ashley would give anything to be a good singer instead of an artist. She would even give her own life. She kept sketching, dreaming of the day she will be able to stop-- No, she can't stop. She needs to draw, draw, DRAW. She needs to draw till she's....Oh wow, she fell asleep while drawing. She woke up  to the sound of her father yelling. She rolled her eyes and left her room.  She walked into the living room to see her father screaming at his phone. She silently walked past him and went to the kitchen. Her sister was there, reading over her lyrics. Ashley weakly smiled and looked at her sister.

Ashley:"Hey, Lilli. Who's dad yelling at now?"

Lillian:"Mom, again. Even though she's done nothing wrong."

Ashley:"That doesn't surprise me.."

Lillian:"Wanna go hang out? Maybe with Josh and Hailey?"

Ashley:"Hell yeah. Now?"

Lillian:"Y e s, obviously!"

The two girls walked out the back door and closed it. They walked over to the fence and quickly opened it. They walked through and closed it. They ran over to Hailey's house and knocked on the door.

Hailey:"One minute!...Who is it?"

Lillian:"Ash and Lilli!"

Hailey:"Oh, the door is open!"

The sister walked in and closed the door. They locked it and walked over to Hailey.

Hailey finished what she was doing and looked over at Ashley and Lillian.

Hailey:"I'm guessing your dad is having one of his 'moments'-?"

Ashley:"Y e a h h h"

Lillian:"...at least he hasn't broken anything yet."

Ashley:"Yet."

Hailey:"Anyways- What did you guys wanna do?"

Ashley:"We were just planning to get Josh and then go to the mall."

Hailey:"You know he doesn't like the mall!"

Lillian:"GameStop is in the mall though-!"

Hailey:"Oh- Alrighty then-" She giggled

Ashley:"Well- We should go get him."

Lillian:"Yeah."

The three girls leave the home. They walked over to a small house. It had brick walls and a yellow door. Lilly knocked on the door and a boy answered it. That boy was Josh. He was about 5'5, he had dyed black hair. He wore tall platforms, ripped jeans, a band shirt. He also had a septum piercing. He greeted the girls with an uneven smile.

Josh:"Hey guys!"

Hailey:"We arent guys-"

Ashley:"Shut the fuck up Hailey- Anyways, hello Josh!"

Lillian:"Hi!" She smiled

Josh:"...Why are you guys here-? Wait are you here to-"

Lillian:"-I know what you're going to say, and no, we're not here to play games with you. We're here to pick you up and go to the mall-!" She tried to sound enthusiastically.

Josh:"And why'd you think I would want to go? I'm not into that girly stuff."

Ashley:"Not everything at the mall is girly-" She spoke quickly

Lillian:"Yeah-!"

Then, the group heard the sound of leaves crunching. It was the middle of summer so no leaves should have been on the ground. Lillian looked over at a nearby house and saw a figure. It was tall, skinny creature. It had no eyes, razer sharp teeth, and it was covered in blood. The rest of the group saw it a and fell back  in fright.

Hailey:"WH-WHAT--!?"

Josh:"H-Holy shit!"

Ashley:"Wh-What i-is th-that?"

Lillian:"I-I-"

Lilly fell to the ground. She had passed out from shock.

Ashley:"Lilly!" She rushed to her sisters aid.

Josh:"W-We gotta go!"

Hailey:"Yeah!!"

Josh and Ashley pick up Lillian and ran. Hailey quickly trailed behind. The group got to a forest. They didn't see the ominous creature following them. Ash sighed in relief.

Ashley:"Okay, okay- Is that thing gone?"

Hailey:"Y-Yeah, I don't see it."

Josh:"We gotta keep our eyes open to make sure it doesn't come back."

Ashley:"Good idea."

Lillian slowly opened her eyes as she gained consciousness. She looked around at the others.

Lillian:"I-Is it gone?"

Ashley:"Yes, it's gone."

Hailey: "...Maybe we should just go to Josh's house-"

Josh: "Yeahh-"

The group of four left the forest, heading back to the male's house. Once they got there, Ashley looked around. She was making sure the creature wasn't there. The four entered the house. The first room was the living room. It had a few game consoles (PS4™, Nintendo Switch™, and WiiU™) There were a couple empty Monster Energy™ cans.
