Chapter 1

In a town of Buea lives a girl called Candy. She's a university student at the University of Buea studying computer science. She is from a poor family but doesn't let that get into her head. She studies very hard to make her dreams come through. Although very intelligent tends to have lesser friends due to her family background which I may say is not a healthy practice. As usual during the end of first semester she had excellent results, she had very excellent grades. During the examination period she studies really hard to the extent of sleeping in school. At the beginning of the second semester, she suddenly had a bench mate which came as a big surprise to her. Usually no one wants to sit with her but all of a sudden, a tall, good looking, black guy came and sat beside her and even greeted her. Candy was surprised and perplexed. Hey I'm called Daniel and you?

Candy Immediately blushed and asked "Sorry are you talking to me?"

Daniel looked at Candy and replied while smiling "It's just me and you seated here of course I'm talking to you". Candy replied with an "ooh" and said "I'm called Candy. Nice to meet you". Before Daniel could say anything, the French lecturer entered the class. Daniel looked at his watch and said "I guess it's time for our first class". We both smiled and turned our attention to the lecture.
