4 Gabriel is Back

Gabriel knew this road before, this is the road that leads to Hershel's farm.

He wondered if the old goat still alive, he left without without saying goodbye only leaving a note behind.

The note sophia's mom left mentioned a farm and the only farm in the next miles is Hershel's, after his were the McDouglas, he gained a smug look thinking of Miss. McDouglas riding him vigorously every chance she got.

It was night already, He could made it to the farm... alone but having Sophia with him, driving at night would be bad luck in this car graveyard, so he decided to camp and luckily, there was a converted van camper on the same lane Sophia's group went.

"Come on, Sophi. Let's see how our new home looks like" joke Gabriel.

Sophi grabbed his hand shyly and Gabriel took her to the van, the inside was surprisingly spacious , not very tall for him since he is quite tall but he only need to lower his head a little 'a lot' but it is still managable, it's not like they'll spend a lot of time inside. there was only a bed with some cabinets, no kitchen, no sink. Just the big bed with some cabinets full of utensiles to cook outside therefore it was perfect for Gabriel. A lot of campers try to install a mini house inside but this van only has a queen size bed with cabinets full of pans, silverwear and a portable small stove that can be used outside. Gabriel nodded

"Get cleaned up and go to bed okay?" Said Gabriel.

"What will you do?" asked Sophia a little afraid he was going to leave.

Gabriel rubbed her head "hehehe don't worry, I'm not leaving you. I promised to get you to your mom, besides, I think we are going to the same place. I'm just gonna see if this thing works so we can ride it back to the farm, okay? you go to sleep"

She nodded and took off her shirt leaving her Tank top on and rested on the confortable looking bed.

After seeing her sleep, Gabriel went and check the state of the vehicle.

He turned the key but it seemed the battery wasn't working, Gabriel couldn't find a battery that would work since most were out of charge but found a destroyed mini van like his that was of the same size and make apparently but it was destroyed from behind. He checked into the hood and grabbed parts he thought could be useful for him as well as the new battery that seems to be working.

He went back and replaced the old damaged battery with the new one and went back to the steering wheel.

*Whirring sound*

*Vrrooooom*

"Yes!" said Gabriel happy but frowned seeing the gas on low. He sighed and grabed the 6 gallons fuel cans he saw lying around on the other lane and started siphoning the gas from other vehicles, in the end he managed to get 6 fuel cans full and two of them filled the tank, and to save more gas, he wouldn't turn the A/c on and just half opened the windows a little. This van has two wide windows on the side of the bed that were covered with curtains to protect from the sun so just opened them a little and let the air go in. He filled the tank and went to siphon more gas from other vehicles to have the six fuel cans full.

He settled the gasoline on top of the van and tied them up, as well as a box full of parts for this vehicle. He racked up a bunch of water jugs on top too, he counted around 15 jugs. After everything was done, he turned the van and lights off and went to rest.

As he closed his eyes, he heard movement behind him and turned around to see Sophia with a complicated face.

"You... you can sleep with me. I don't mind sharing my bed, mommy will always share it with me so you can sleep on the bed too so you don't hurt your back, I know you could hurt it because dad always woke up with pain on his back staying on the car seats" even though she was nervous at first, she managed to finish this without hesitation.

Gabriel smiled "then don't mind if I do"

The bed was big and yet his feet were off the bed, he chuckled seeing this, after two hours in, Sophi threw her small arm and leg around him making him laugh alittle.

Gabriel was special, even in his sleep he would know when he is in danger, it's like every cell of his body hightened his sense of danger, he would know even if he is sleeping, his guard is always up even when sleeping.

Not tonight, he wasn't sleepy, he just closed his eyes and rested until morning came and he gave Sophie a medium size can of fruits for her to eat.

"Ready to meet your mom, again? little Sophi" he asked.

"I'm not a little Sophi" she pouted but Gabriel could see the excitement of seeing her mom again.

Gabriel started driving and after a while of trying to evade this grave yard of cars he finally made it outside of the Highway to Fairburn Road and drove the two miles in, where the farm is.

Gabriel can see from a kilometer away so he saw people were gathering around and making a pile of rock in the back of the farm, he frowned as he saw some people missing.

He sighed 'guess not everyone can make it in this world now'

"Are we there yet?" asked Sophia anxious.

"Yup, look ahead little Sophi, and you'll see your friends' vehicles"

Sophi did as told and smiled widely "Yes... yes that's them" she said excitedly from the passenger seat and hugged Gabriel's rib "Thank you" she said almost crying.

"Haha, your welcome. if your mom is hot, present her to me, okay?" he poked Sophia's ribs and Sophia nodded.

"My mom is beautiful and shy, like me, you'll see" she puffed her chest "You can be my new daddy, hehehe" she said giddy.

Gabriel just laughed and ruffled her hair.

Once they made it to the entrance, Gabriel turned the engine off and everyone came to see who it was.

The first to approach was a tall, middle age, man that looked like got a haircut from his grandma.

The second one was a cowboy like man who wore his sheriff uniform, a skinny brunette, then a blonde woman who looked like she wanted to die. Next came a black man with his arm covered in bandages, then an asian guy, then a redneck with a crossbow, an old man with a fishing hat and lastly a gorgeous, mature, blonde woman came at last, her face seemed to be losing faith each minute, she glanced at Gabriel a gave him a shy smile, her cheeks turning red by Gabriel's stare.

[A/u: She resembles a certain mature content star, called Julia Ann. Busty and beautiful. Now I forgot to mention but there will be three different characters than the original, One is Carol (resembles Julia Ann), the other is Sophia (Not yet, but it might be some whome Brandi has worked with before) and lastly Otis's wife, Patricia (resembles Brandi Love). Those are all the changes I'm making. I hope you don't kill me lol]

After another minute, the Greenfamily members came and Hershel had a happy smile, one he's hadn't had for a while, next came the others and the ones who rushed at him were Beth and Maggie, both jumped on the huge guy and hugged him tight.

Beth started crying "G-Gabriel.. mom... she.... she died"

Gabriel comforted Beth, he let her go and Beth stood by hugging him.

Maggie had a complex of emtiotions on her face, anger, sadness, love, relieved and arousal.

"H-how... are you okay? are you hurt? are you hungry, Gabriel? let me go and get something for you okay?" she said rapidly studying his muscles with a content smile.

Gabriel chuckled and kissed her forehead "I'm good Maggie" he said.

Maggie left with Beth to make daddy a sandwich.

The asian guy seeing this sighed in surrender, there is no way he can compete to that guy. He was massive in his opinion and... his crotch department looked packed even though he is wearing loose khakis.

Gabriel looked towards Hershel "Did you miss me old man? It must have been pretty lonely without me, huh" said Gabriel smirking.

Suddenly the sour mood was gone as soon as Gabriel came and the other group of survivals saw this and relaxed a little, they noticed the Greene family knew the guy so they waited to introduced themselves.

"Don't get cocky now Gabriel or I might have to put you to clean the wells" said Hershel kukling.

Gabriel shuddered "Fine, you don't have to be so stingy about it" pouted Gabriel making Hershel laugh.

The wells were his least favorite spots to clean.

Then everybody made way for a blonde, filled, beautiful woman. She looked depressed at first but when Gabriel showed up her world became brighter.

"Patricia" called Gabriel smiling "Where is Otis?" he asked

Patricia started crying and rushed to gabriel and hugged him hard, she was so small in front of him that she planted her face on his lower chest.

At the mentioned of Otis name, Gabriel notice the almost bald man winced, Gabriel frowned for a moment and consoled Patricia.

Gabriel knew Patricia and Otis very well, after all, they all did the same around and Patricia came to love the presence of Gabriel a little too much, she saw Gabriel as a pillar of strength and happiness and something else she didn't want to admit, her husband made her happy, yes, but everytime Gabriel showed up she made her day brighter until she started developing some sort adultery feelings, imagining Gabriel doing things to her in the barn while everyone sleeps, she hated herself for thinking that while having a husband so when Gabriel left she was relieved and sad because if he didn't she might have ended up under his paws and she wouldn't have resisted.

Now that Otis passed away, she felt her world crumble, her husband died and now she is all alone, she is a member of the Greene family but only in name, she didn't truly had anybody else beside... Gabriel but he wasn't there, oh how she longed for him to be there with her.

Only for him to show up at her most vulnerable moments, she couldn't hold herself and hugged him.

"Otis... he died" she cried.

"It's okay, let it out. I'm here now so nothing will happen to you or any one of the Greene family okay" he promised holding her her face to make sure she looks at him "I'm sorry I wasn't here yesterday... if only I kept driving" said Gabriel sad.

Patricia grabbed his cheeks and pulled him down to kiss his nose "No... don't blame yourself, Gabriel, what's important is that you are here" she said smiling.

Gabriel smiled back and nodded.

"I'm going to help Maggie prepare the food, okay?" said Patricia longinly at him.

Gabriel nodded and she left after Maggie.

Gabriel turned to the group of survivals "Who is Carol?"

"M-me?" said the mature blonde woman a little shy that the handsome man is calling her name, something told her that she should answer.

"Carol! you can't give away your name just like that!" said the redneck.

"It's fine, Daryl, he looks stro... I mean Hershel trusts him and Rick trusts Hershel so..." she looked down.

Gabriel walked to her and the almost bald guy came in front of him "I think that's far enough" he said with a serious tone.

Hershel seeing this "He is okay, Shane. He won't hurt anybody, well, not unless you hurt him"

The bald man called Shane nodded reluctantly and moved away.

Gabriel in front of Carol gave her a wide smile that made Carol blush "I have a gift for you" he said.

"Me? wha"

"MOMMY!!"

Carol was about to ask what could a stranger give her but then heard her daughter voice and widened her eyes, she looked at the van and saw a girl come out and rushed to her, Carol run to meet her daughter midway and held her tight.

"SOPHIA!" She screamed and started crying "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

Sophia and Carol both cried while hugging eacother.

The cowboy walked ahead "I'm rick grimes, this is Lori, my wife. That big guy is Shane. He is Glenn, Daryl, Dale, Andrea and Theodore" said Rick introducing everybody.

"You can call me T-dog, that's what everyone calls me any ways" said Theodore.

"We also have a son that was shot accidentally by Otis, Carl, he is resting inside" added Loris

Gabriel nodded ignoring half of the last comment "I'm Gabriel White, I used to live here with the Greenes before"

"Can you tell us where you found her?" asked Rick pointing at Sophia.

"I found her about to be bitten by a walker in the middle of a forest, she was a little over half a mile away from the Highway" answered Gabriel, he decided to use the word 'Walker' as that's how Sophia told him her group called those things.

Carol hearing that hugged her daughter tighter "Mom?" she asked.

"Yes sweetie?" responder Carol looking at her beautiful daughter.

"Can he be my daddy?" she asked. This made Carol blushed.

"Hush... you can't asked him to marry someone he just met... what about your dad?" even though Carol hated her husband she wanted to know what her daughter thought of him.

"Dad... I... I din't like him, mommy. He was angry all the time and raised his voice at you and me... but Gabriel is different, he is gentle, he gave me food, water and let me sleep on the bed!" said Sophia happy which made Carol smile in return and kissed her daughter.

Carol hearing this stood up and thanked Gabriel "Thank you, sir. I don't know what I would have done if I ever lost her, if there is anything I can do, I'll do anything" she said the last part blushing.

"It's no problem. I'm happy for you both, the only thing you can do for me is always stay strong for Sophia" Gabriel smiled making Carol blush even harder.

Carol and Sophia went back to her group and everyone was happy to see Sophia again.

"Gabriel! food is ready!" yelled Maggie from the door.

"Okay, I'll be there in a minute!!!"

"Well, ladies and gentlemen. I'll be going now, I'll see you later"

Gabriel went back to his van and drove in front of the house.

Shane seeing the top of the van said "aren't those the jugs of water we saw before?"

T-dog saw them "yeah"
