1 INTRODUCTION

 Where am i? I can swear I was just at home reading manga, my head hurts almost like I was knocked out or something, have I been abducted? I certainly don't recall me struggling with anyone, and also nobody's here. What's really going on, what is this place? This place was just… different, it's like I took a trip to the future, do places like this even exist, I realized my phone was still with me, thank God, I guess there are some advantages to being addicted to social media. I tried to call my mom, the phone rang.

"This number does not exist" the phone said.

"um that's weird" 

 Not understanding what was happening I decided to call my friend, Eric.

[Phone rings]

 His phone was ringing so I had a sigh of relief.

"This number does not exist" The phone said.

"what in the world is going on"

This was odd, why would both my mom and Eric's phone have the same issue. I was wrong, it said the same thing for damn near every person I called, I was wondering where I was before but now I was starting to panic. I couldn't wait so I decided to leave the abandoned house which I was in. As I moved away from there I noticed that I was located in "ruins" and that's why nobody was around. I kept walking, I had never seen anything like this, some people had some type of flying jet pods, so the traffic was minimal, this was indeed a futuristic city that beats earth over 200 years, I walked by and I saw people who looked like me, but they all had red eyes and some kind of tattoos which were also red. On the road there were officials that had green skin.

"what is that…. ?" I said in fear, whispered hopefully.

 It seems the officer heard me, he gave me a piercing intimidating glare, I tried to look back for a few seconds, it seems like he was swallowing my soul, I turned my face away.

"This might be a dream" I tell myself

 It is actually the only plausible explanation for any of this, I've been practicing lucid dreaming for a while now so maybe I was enjoying the fruits of my hard work.

"um what did they say about how to check if you're in a dream again" I thought

 when I was watching these videos, they always gave me a self check pattern to check if I was in a dream.

"Pinch myself" I finally remembered.

You see apparently if you're in a lucid dream, and you pinch yourself, your hand would pass right through it, this is because it's not your physical body but a body of your imagination. I almost didn't want to check, in order not to spoil it for myself.

"Alrighty then, here goes"

[pinches self]

"huh that's not right?"

"I felt it ?"

"This isn't a dream ?"

My heart started racing and beating in panic, what could this possibly mean ?

I was sure this was not earth for sure, and I just found out this isn't a dream, so where in the world am I?

 I noticed my left pocket had suddenly become light, I check it in panic, my phone is no longer there.

"I can swear that I just put it there" I said confused

I check my other pocket, my phone isn't there, I pull something out of it, it's my wallet, but something's weird.

"Why is it only half ?"

 My wallet seemed to be cut in half but in an even odder way, it seemed to have been vanishing in real time. I noticed the right sleeve of my hoodie was slowly doing the same. Everything that I was with was vanishing, and my phone was already gone. I noticed that it had started with my pants as well.

 I couldn't even say anything, I was in a real panic attack, how do I even ask for help when the people around here aren't even human. I know this feels like some book, but what do y'all expect me to do ?

I kept moving forward, while things were literally vanishing from my body, and I must say I wasn't getting very good looks, I was looked at like I'm the monster, like have these people even seen how they looked? Tired of thinking about the stares and scared looks I decided to run, that way I wouldn't have to think about it.

 I stopped running out of exhaustion, and I noticed my hoodie was more or less a bikini at this point, and my pants were slowly turning into underwear. I was going to be naked in a few minutes, but I was too exhausted to think about it, so I decided to sit down and accept my fate.

 Few moments later I saw a lady in a white robe passing by, when she saw me her face didn't have the typical reaction I expected, instead she was happy and a bit shocked.

"Blue eyes ?"

"yyy…you, you're the Zeist"

"you must follow me" we have been looking all over for you.

 What the heck is this, some isekai Manga? Of course I'm not going to follow you, you sound like a damn kidnapper.

"I'm not going"

"I'm sorry, but I can't take, no as an answer"

 So she is going to kidnap me? I think I'd overpower her, surely.

 Next thing I know, there's a surge of blue lighting coming out her hand.

"I'm sorry" she said in a hurt tone

 I don't understand how you want to physically and spiritually injure me, but wanna act like you're sorr-"
