7 Chapter 7: WHY!?

Red Potion.

Ian found something that can cure his current state.

Although there are still so many items that he still didn't see but knowing that there's something that can cure him, Ian was finally at ease.

Ian was eager to spin and win this sh** but he knows that just having two tickets was nil on his side and that makes him nervous.

But since Lily said that he can get it he believes in her words.

"Lily, can you show me the description of this potion?"

★Red Potion

Potion from the unknown world.

Creators of this kind of Potion were as nil as Legendary Creatures in their world which is rare to see.

The Potion can be obtained in different kinds of ruins that homes by dangerous environments and different kinds of traps that can kill the intruders.

◎Effect

Can cure any ailments.

Can treat even a dying patient only if s/he or it's still breathing. 』

"Ooh! As expected of a rare ticket" Ian blurted in surprise.

"By the way Lily, how can this roulette work?" Ian asked. Since roulette in front of him didn't have a lever that could make it start spinning. 

『Masta just have to think of 'START' then the roulette can spin, also Lily can do it for Masta.』

"I see."

Ian stared at the red potion picture on the board intensely that if the stare had edges then for sure the picture was full of cuts on it.

"START!"

Condensing his mind, Ian shouted out of his lungs the word start.

As if hearing the cue, the stilled roulette table starts rotating.

The spin starts slow, then it keeps getting faster and faster until only the blurs of each picture can be seen.

Ian didn't see anything since he closed his eyes from nervousness. For him, it's a do or dies spin.

After 5 minutes of spinning it's still spinning. 

Ian opened his eyes thinking it's already finished. But what he saw almost made him puked from dizziness.

"Stop! Stop!"

As if it heard the magic word, a sudden light appeared in the roulette and bam! 

All the pictures disappeared and what appeared was two pictures in front of him. 

And one of the two pictures was a potion. A potion with blue color.

And the second was a book. An old book with mysterious writing on its front cover.

Looking at the two items that he won makes Ian daze for a while.

He came out of his state for five whole minutes before he shouted.

"DAAAAMMMNNN! WRONG COLOOOORRRRR!"

Ian wants to scream for more but his throat can't give another sound so he can just whimper like a patient in a mental hospital. 

Lily that was silent the entire time spoke on her own again when she felt her masta chaotic heart.

『Masta~ Masta. What's wrong?』

Hearing Lily's worried voice makes his burning anger subsided.

Ian really can't stand having Lily worried about him. It's just like having a daughter you want to stay from harm. 

" It's nothing Lily, it's just that I am sad that I can't walk for half a year. Sigh~."

Ian already accepted his fate since it's his luck that was bad, and there's no need to blame Lily for it since she just did it for his good.

If he didn't have Lily, then for sure he would struggle with everything he got in this world with his meager power for the rest of his life in the future.

So he didn't blame Lily for it since it's not a permanent state but just a temporary for him.

Ian continued outbursts are due to his clouded mind.

He died in his previous life because many lawless people didn't like how he managed his own country and also due to fear that they are next who will be put in jails by him.

So, many Drug Lords and Wanted Criminals formulated a plan just for him. They put their strongest men together and killed him who was the President of his own country.

So being reincarnated within a useless body that can't even move for half a year was an understatement to his mind.

『Don't worry Masta~ you still have 8 tickets.』 Lily cheered.

Hearing Lily encouraging words put a wry smile on his face. He thought that Lily was just cheering him up, so he didn't refute her. 

Since in his mind having common and normal tickets was akin to having nothing worthy to win. 

But he didn't decline or refute her since Lily is just a newborn system with more advanced thinking than a normal child, she is still a child that was still growing in his eyes.

Ian first willed the 3x normal tickets out of his inventory. He planned to use it first before the common tickets. Nothing will change even if he uses the common ticket first so he plans to spend the less ticket before the others.

The prize pictures disappeared on the screen when the yellow tickets appeared and it reverted to its previous form, the Tortoise from.

He willed the three tickets to the slit just like how he did it on his first try.

Just like what happened when the green tickets faded in the slit. The roulette shines with a blinding color. Ian calmly closes his eyes since he already knows what's going to happen.

A few minutes later the lights subsided. And the roulette in front of him Changed once again.

It has a crouching tiger ready to pounce on its prey as the design. Just looking at the craft that makes the tiger look like it's alive was an outstanding sight to behold.

The Tiger won't lose to the Dragons craft on the first form of the roulette. Their fierceness was on the same level. If the dragon was a predator in the air then the Tiger was the king on the land.

Ian nodded with appreciation on the crafts of the tiger. If the Dragon was showing it's might, while the Tortoise showing it's defense, then the tiger was demonstrating it's brain from how it was crouching waiting for its prey to hunt.
