First Step Towards World Domination

A/N: For certain reasons I don't pursue romance therefore when I am dealing with characters romantic interests it might seem unrealistic or the characters emotion would not be expressed properly the reason is this is my first attempt at a serious novel so any mistakes please point out and enjoy!

Eastern Fortress of Valariya *Now Country of Valariya

Accompanied by the eerie light of the moon a young man no less than sixteen could be seen under a fifty story pagoda, he could be described as handsome with his pale blonde hair, abyss like black eyes and expressionless face, his body of average build at 183 cm or 6'ft.

*Internal Monologue*

'I can't believe I've gotten a second chance this body I feel sorry for you.' The body that Xander transmigrated into the body of the emperor's son Alistair Erangel the 9th prince born to the emperor and second son born to his empress. Alistair was to have a life of ease and comfort with the backing of the empires two strongest clans; the royal house and the house of Castillo the only noble house with a patriarch at the rank of grand duke. His only child marrying the emperor means that her first son would be the next monarch so he reluctantly agreed to having her second born as his heir. Being the son of the empress and heir to the highest ranked noble house caused Alistair to be fawned upon by many people and spoiled by his grandfather for as long as he can remember.

Alistair's life took a down turn when he became five years old, at this age children are expected to test their aptitude towards Mana and Qi this aptitude determines one's position in life similar to the power ranks of the world aptitude is ranked from -F to SSS, poor Alistair didn't even have an F Ranked aptitude from that day all those who fawned upon him and treated him like their ancestor shunned him, his own mother, father, and blood brother the Crown Prince (to be) all acted like they didn't know him claiming he was a waste of royal blood.

His only safe haven was his grandfather's estate, in the three years his grandfather had come to like his studious and hard working personality where as his brother was always causing trouble and was even lecherous at his tender age!

At the age of fifteen his grandfather passed and he was to become the Lord of Castillo, his lands however were striped and he was given the important task of becoming the new 'king' of Valariya a city roughly the size of Alaska or 667,000 square miles this land while large the land is mostly unwanted as it is infertile, largely undeveloped and lawless. Due to Alistair's meek personality he agreed and left the palace.

Unfortunately or fortunately the nobles of Valariya were tasked by his brother to poison him which they happily did in hopes of getting into his good graces.

*Internal Monologue End*

'Host has met the requirements to use the summoning system' Suddenly his train of thought was broken by a monotone female voice. "Who's there?" he asked in a commanding tone. 'You need not speak out loud i'm in side of your soul' the system replied in its usual monotone voice. 'Very well what are you or who are you?' Alistair asked in a confused voice.

'I am a tool created by nothing and decided you will be my host i have the ability to summon 'characters' from worlds believed to be fantasy I have other useful functions such as:

Inventory: An infinite space able to hold and nonliving thing

Summon: in exchange for your points a 'character' will randomly be summoned

Status: Shows you your strength as well as the strength of others

Achievements (Inaccessible): Hidden mile stones that give rewards to host

Lottery: in exchange for lottery tickets host is able to draw different 'rewards'

Worship: Summons are loyal to host to the point their personalities might be changed but they need to worship host, giving him the possibility to take any one skill/ability/bloodline of his summon

Map: System has scanned this reality/universe and mapped it so that host can have accurate mapping and the ability to spy once the host has the coordinates

Recycle: Allows user to recycle unwanted items, skills, bloodlines, the bodies of opponents and unwanted servants (Only if not already summoned)

"Wait so do I get a starter pack!" asked Alistair feeling a extremely excited 'It is recommended to keep your voice down and I am not like those 'systems' in from your memories' came a monotonous voice pouring a bucket of cold water on Alistair's ideas. 'However host does have a starter kit.'

'F*ck don't play with my heart like that!!!' He angrily thought 'can I open it?'

'Gained one golden summon ticket one golden lottery ticket twenty-five worker golems and one solider summoning barracks (F Rank 1000 silver per summon to D Rank 5 gold per summon); first 100 F Ranks free, first D Rank free.'

'Damn, but whats with the "golden".' Alistair asked nervously what if this was trash? 'system tickets are divided into Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond so be grateful' the system spoke.... haughtily?

'Okay then can I use them now? If you use the summoning ticket' Alistair spoke excitedly.

'Alucard summoned:

Strength: S (SS) Rank

Abilities: Instant regeneration, Super strength, Super speed, Immortality(become vampire)

Skills: Undead army, Blood control, Phasing, Holy Weapon Immunity, Unsealed: strength goes up to SS Rank'

"Wow I don't know what to say I'm already the most powerful person in the empire." said Alistair to no one in particular. 'Use my lottery ticket'.

'congratulations on drawing a bloodline....

Otsutsuki bloodline inheritance: gives chakra control and gathering methods of the clan as well as their skills, abilities, dojutsu and remodels the body to gain their physique...'

'Damn summon Alucard' 'Confirmed' a dim light shines in front of Alistair and suddenly the figure of a man giving a subtle pressure appears and kneels before thee weak cripple.

"Master" Alucard greets in a respectful voice while bowing. "Hi..."

"...." Alucard

"hahaha take me to my room on the top floor" Alistair orders after laughing nervously.before he could react he was enveloped in a reddish aura and suddenly appeared in his room. "I'm going to go through a painful process guard me from the shadows i'll give you your real orders after." Alistair said coldly.

"Yes master" Alucard answered with a very excited expression....
