Illusions cause Delusions [Will soon be edited and rewritten]

Sometimes, we wonder about things in life. Sometimes, we wonder what more about this world do we not know. Sometimes, we wonder if the world hiding something from us. Sometimes, we wonder if there could be something more in our lives. Everyday, we wake up, do our daily rountine, go to school, go home, do homework or play games, eat, sleep, then repeat. Everyone has a routine, even if its different from what others do sometimes, it is still a routine. It is not often when theres a change in this routine almost all of us do almost every single day. At some point, this routine becomes so bland... So ordinary. So bland and ordinary that it starts to get boring. That is what Loki always thought about life, almost every single day. Loki was a 15 year old orphaned highschooler with a pretty much ordinary life. Well, that is if you ignore the fact that he had Schizophrenia. Loki had been dealing with Schizophrenia (or so they thought) as long as he could he remember. It was odd. Loki had always seen things differently than others did. For example, almost every person around him looked like demihumans. Yes you heard it right, Loki saw the people around him as demihumans. Loki even saw some places differently, like that one big tree in the park in his town. Loki loved seeing that tree, especially at midnight. Others saw it as an abnormally big tree, but Loki saw that tree as a Wisteria tree, a beautiful one at that. When Loki first saw that tree one time at midnight, he couldn't help but admire it. Because at night, the flowers on that Wisteria tree had a faint bright pinkish purple glow. It was quite a breathtaking sight. Loki always went there at the end of each day to admire the tree, washing away all the bad things that had happened in each day. Others saw the world in an ordinary way, but Loki saw the world in a magical way. He was grateful for that. It may be some hallucination or illusion, but atleast Loki had something to look forward to in the end of each day. Loki wished that others would be able to see things through his eyes. Loki always felt like he had the burden of the world on his shoulders. Loki always had trouble distinguishing the line between reality and fantasy and the line between truths and lies. In Loki's eyes, the world he was seeing was reality. But in the eyes of others, it was nothing but an illusion. Loki always insisted against that, because he was certain that the world he was seeing was reality. In the end, he was always confused. Loki tried to figure out what caused him to be like this and what made him feel like this. What Loki didn't expect was the fact that he did have the weight of the world on his shoulders... Quite literally in a way in fact. Now, it was on Loki's shoulders on whether he will continue living in a world created by his own illusions, or finally accept the truth and face the real world.

sons and lovers

I wait," Mrs. Morel said to herself–"I wait, and what I wait for can never come." Then she straightened the kitchen, lit the lamp, mended the fire, looked out the washing for the next day, and put it to soak. After which she sat down to her sewing. Through the long hours her needle flashed regularly through the stuff. Occasionally she sighed, moving to relieve herself. And all the time she was thinking how to make the most of what she had, for the children's sakes. At half-past eleven her husband came. His cheeks were very red and very shiny above his black moustache. His head nodded slightly. He was pleased with himself. "Oh! Oh! waitin' for me, lass? I've bin 'elpin' Anthony, an' what's think he's gen me? Nowt b'r a lousy hae'fcrown, an' that's ivry penny–" "He thinks you've made the rest up in beer," she said shortly. "An' I 'aven't–that I 'aven't. You b'lieve me, I've 'ad very little this day, I have an' all." His voice went tender. "Here, an' I browt thee a bit o' brandysnap, an' a cocoanut for th' children." He laid the gingerbread and the cocoanut, a hairy object, on the table. "Nay, tha niver said thankyer for nowt i' thy life, did ter?" As a compromise, she picked up the cocoanut and shook it, to see if it had any milk. "It's a good 'un, you may back yer life o' that. I got it fra' Bill Hodgkisson. 'Bill,' I says, 'tha non wants them three nuts, does ter? Arena ter for gi'ein' me one for my bit of a lad an' wench?' 'I ham, Walter, my lad,' 'e says; 'ta'e which on 'em ter's a mind.' An' so I took one, an' thanked 'im. I didn't like ter shake it afore 'is eyes, but 'e says, 'Tha'd better ma'e sure it's a good un, Walt.' An' so, yer see, I knowed it was. He's a nice chap, is Bill Hodgkisson, 'e's a nice chap!"
