Chapter one the empress of Egypt

Tea was sitting on the throne of Egypt just being a child of 10 years old and that she was the empress of her kingdom and as such she had a lot to learn but she had time to be a kid and play duel monsters with her friends. And Mai the captain of the royal guards was in the middle of a game with her friend Joey as she said "sorry Joey but my harpy lady attacks your rock golem directly taking some of your life points." And Tea chuckles as Joey pouted playfully saying "not fair captain blonde hair." And she chuckled ruffling his hair as Tea chuckled at him saying "she does have a point Joey!" And they both turned to the young royal who was sitting on the wall of the royal palace where Joey and Mai set the game up both of them stopped playing as Tea jumped down as her cape dragged behind her. And Mai curtsied saying "sorry your majesty we were in the middle of the game and didn't see you." And the young empress chuckled again as the other guards came out followed by the young empress's cousin and adviser Seto Kaiba he was standing near the young empress with a smile on his face as he stood near her. And he said "let me guess Joey and Mai dueled each other and she won?" And Tea nodded as Joey face palmed in embarrassment as the young empress chatted with Mai as Joey played with his duel disk saying "hey Seto how about we play this round of duel monsters!" And Seto said "hm me play my cousin's best friend at duel monsters and I let him win? Let me think about it." And he put on his playful thinking face as Joey raised an eyebrow as Seto said "maybe I will maybe I won't have to do anything with the empress until she gets ready for her meeting with her other advisers like Yugi and the rest of the group." And Joey smiled as the two boys started playing the game as the boys were playing the game Tea was feeling sleepy as day turned to night and the young empress rubbed her eyes as sand creeped into her eyes as she yawned putting her head on Seto's shoulder as he hummed a lullaby that his father taught him as he piggybacked the small girl in to the palace and handed her to one of the servants who carried her to her bedroom as she snored softly as they chuckled as her hair fell past one ear that the strain of hair was tucked behind as she mumbled in her sleep as the servant tucked her into the bed pulling the comforter up over her as she rolled over as the pillow was under her head as she hugged it
