Chapter 3
After my duel with Chazz the story continued so far it was the same I of course did this on my own affecting the story like when Jayden back talked Crowler when He called the Slifers pathetic and I backtalked calling Him pathetic.
Other things happened according to the love letter which for some reason was placed in my locker. And I was reminded of when Jayden Dueled Alexis I honestly wanted to Duel Alexis but not in that kind of setting.
And I don't want to be reminded of my Duel with Chazz cause I would've won, but got no Duel Points. Honestly I didn't like that, but decided to focus on class which I could honestly sleep through. After P.E. where I received the 'Love Letter.' I had professor Banner, the headmaster of the Slifer Dorm.
On my way towards Banneri's classroom I saw Alexis and ran up to Her, but before I could approach I was stopped by Her friends who formed a wall behind Her preventing Me from seeing Her.
"What do you want new kid?"
One of the girls with red hair spoke before the other one said.
"Yeah, what would you want with us?"
I was baffled by their abruptness but that didn't matter for now. "I Have a letter from someone posing as Alexis and I wanted Her to see the fake letter I received from this mysterious person. So here."
I tossed the letter and gave it to the girls where they both eagerly jumped for and I walked past them going into professor Banner's classroom where I saw Him the black haired man with glasses and His fat cat Pharaoh.
The professor easily introduced Himself as the teacher of statistics in Duel battles. Mainly just writing battle strategies on paper in specific circumstances which were written on each question. As I was answering these questions class flew by and my day of school work was done.
I had nothing to do today except walk to the dorm, at least that's what I thought.
"Come on duel me! Come on! Come on! Come on!" Jayden Has been asking without restraint about Me dueling Him. At first I was all for it, but after my Duel with Chazz rumors went around school and they had hit Jayden's ears and now all I want is to have my own space.
"Jayden. You shouldn't bother Leroy. We have studying to do." Syrus himself was being reasonable and cautious about His grades who also became annoying pretty quickly.
"Yeah. Yeah. I know, but let's Duel. I feel fired up." Jayden and Syrus exchanged words of similar lines over and over until thankfully I was saved by Alexis calling for Me.
I walked over to Her while the duo behind me followed Alexis looked at them in curiosity so I quelled it saying. "Jayden keeps asking for a Duel and Syrus keeps trying to get them to study. So how can I help you?"
Alexis nodded Her head in understanding of my answer and then shifted subjects and spoke "Thanks for returning the fake letter. I don't know who wrote it, but once I do they'll regret it."
'Out there there's likely Crowler sneezing at Alexis's proclamation." At my thoughts Alexis asked me a question. "By the way how'd you know the card was a fake?"
I looked at Her with a surprised look and spoke clearly. "Well you seem more like the type who'd speak up more than write down your feelings. Not that it would be bad, but like I said you're more up front with these things. And your name was misspelled."
Alexis began laughing and chuckling, taking Jayden's and Cyrus's attention away from their bickering. Jayden then took the initiative and asked "Alexis can we Duel?"
Alexis stopped laughing after a while and came up with an idea and spoke out asking "actually how about a Tag Duel?"
Jayden and Syrus didn't know what a tag Duel was which reminded me of their future duel with the Paradox Brothers so this would be a good chance to train both of them and I could get them off my back. I could crush two birds with one stone.
After explaining the Rules Alexis was happy with my smile which screamed euphoria and Jayden did a fist pump saying "Yeah! I'm fired up!" Syrus was scared and was then comforted by Jayden and eventually agreed to it. The teams were Alexis and I versus Jayden and Syrus and I honestly couldn't wait.
We all took our Duel Disks and went outside and before the duel started the wheel span again landing onto Knight. Which I could only assume being My Phantom Knights Deck with this I felt familiar with it unlike the Sea deck this deck I made at least more recently then the Ladder.
And as everyone stared at each other a crowd aroused and the Duel began.

Both Alexis and Jayden were excited but Alexis was quick enough to act out first.
"I Start! I summon 'Warrior Lady Of The Wasteland' in attack mode. I Then end my turn."
From Alexis's card a blonde woman appeared wearing a green suit with a both a brown cape on His back and a brown cowboy hat with a feather attached to it.

Due to the rules of Tag Dueling Duelists can't attack until everyone has a monster on their fields. And as if lightning had struck Jayden used His chance and started His turn.
"Heck yeah! I Draw! I summon 'Elemental Hero Blazeman' in attack mode and I place two facedowns."
Blazeman appeared from a solum flame and from that appeared Blazeman. A human covered in crimson armor showing off it's flaming head and as the Hero appeared a piece of its flame left its body and moved into Jayden's deck sending a card to His hand.

Jayden then proudly spoke out "My Elemental Hero Blazeman's effect activates! I can add one Polymerization from my deck to my hand and that's exactly what I'll be doing. And with that I end my turn!"
With that it was Leroy's turn.
"I Draw! And I activate the spell 'Reinforcement Of The Army' with this card. I add one level 4 or lower warrior monster from my deck to my hand and I choose 'Kagemucha Knight'! I then Summon 'The Phantom Knights Of Ancient Cloak' in attack position but because of my 'Kagemucha Knights´ effect if I normal summon a monster I can special summon this monster in attack mode!"
Suddenly two monsters appeared through the shadows from the right as a half deteriorated shadow with the torso of a bronze knight with huge purple eyes. And on the right was a spirt wearing Shamin clothing decorating itself with a scarf over its shoulders. To its sides were two scepters in its possession with a crown on top of its head.

"But I'm not done. I XYZ Summon these two monsters to Form 'The Phantom Knights Of Break Sword!' In Attack mode."
Both monsters turned yellow forming a spiral in the air and from that spiral came a robotic horse with a Dullahan on top of the horse holding a broadsword in its right hand.

Everyone was shocked again at seeing an XYZ monster and became worried that Leroy had more secrets under His belt then before dragging everyone's attention. Alexis and Jayden were surprised and pumped to either fight or fight beside Leroy. Syrus on the other hand was simply scared and it took Jayden to calm Him down. Only for it to go to no avail with Leroy still on His turn.
"Sorry I'm not done just yet either I activate the spell 'Foolish Burial' Where I send one monster from my deck to the graveyard and I choose 'The Phantom Knight Silent Boots!'"
Suddenly from Leroy's Deck a Ninja like Knight was in spirit form and it flew straight into His graveyard.
"I activate My monsters ability once it's in the graveyard. If I banish it, I can add one The Phantom Knights spell or trap to my hand and I choose. 'Phantom Knights's Spear.' And now I end my turn with two face downs."
It was now Syrus's turn yet He was dead scared of Leroy's first move while Jayden and Alexis were fondly impressed. Jayden noticed Syrus's nervousness and calmed Him down and He then started His turn.
"I-I Draw! I summon TruckRoid in Attack mode and place one card face down. And I end my turn."
A cartoonish truck appeared out of nowhere and stood on its back wheels blowing out steam from its smoke stack. And swung its wheely arms around.
Alexis took this sign and began Her next move.
"I Draw! *Smiles at card* I summon the Monster 'Cyber Gymnast' In attack mode."
A woman wearing a white mask and a l'outarde. The woman also had a ponytail colored yellow.

I then activate spell card 'Machine Angel Ritual' With this card I can ritual summon any Cyber Angel monster as long as their levels equal or more are more than the needed amount so I sacrifice my 'Warrior Lady Of The Wasteland' and 'Cyber Gymnast' In order to ritual summon 'Cyber Angel Idaten.'"

A large caldron appeared, sucking both of Alexis's monsters into it. Causing a fire and from that a woman appeared showcasing her pink skin and purple helmet leading back as if it were hair. At the foot of this Monster were wing-like appendages.
Alexis, happy with herself on summoning Her monster, was surprised at Syrus's counter who called out.
"I activate my trap 'Bottomless Trap Hole' This card activates when my opponent summons a monster with 1500 ATK or more and once they do its destroyed." A hole appeared right under Cyber Angel Idaten taking it downward into the graveyard killing off the monster.
Alexis was shocked and sighed and spoke out "I end my turn."
Jayden took the initiative and started "I Draw!"
"I Now activate 'Elemental Hero Blazeman''s second Effect. I can choose a monster from my deck and send it to the graveyard and if I do my Blazeman becomes the monster I sent. So I send my 'Elemental Hero Bubbleman.'"
From Jayden's command Blazeman's hair grew brighter and then suddenly a card from Jaden's deck went into Blazeman's body.
"I now activate the spell card 'Polymerization' and I fuse both my Blazeman/Bubbleman and my 'Elemental Hero Clayman' from my hand to Form. 'Elemental Hero Mudball man!"
A Ball of mud came into everyone's view which soon began to show off its limbs with three orbs on its body one being the face and the other two are on its hands.

" But I'm not done. I tribute my Mudballman in order to summon my 'Elemental Hero Necroshade in attack mode! And I activate the trap card 'Hero Signal' With this card I can summon my Mudballman back from the grave."
From the ground a shadow came upward from the ground revealing itself with red and blue skin with huge shoulder pads over its shoulders. It also had armor on all its arms.

"I also add my spell 'Fusion Weapon' by equipping My Mudballman with this card; it gains 1500 ATK and DEF making His attack power 3400! And now I'll attack you directly Alexis!"
Both Mudballman and Necroshade began their assault on Alexis only to be foiled by Leroy.
"I activate 'The Phantom Knights Break Sword' special ability by discarding one XYZ material. I can destroy one of your cards if I destroy one of mine so I choose my 'Phantom Knights Wing' to destroy your Mudballman."
As the assault continued Break Sword swung His sword forward towards Jayden destroying His Mudballman and then faced Leroy destroying His trap card.
"Wow! Good move! But my Necroshade continues His attack!" Jayden exclaimed.
"Not yet!" Leroy countered. "What!"
Jayden was surprised but His Necroshade targeted Leroy's Break Sword, killing itself and dealing Jayden and Syrus damage.

Jayden wondered what happened until Syrus explained that both teams shared fields. Jayden of course did His normal reaction placing His hand behind His face and smiled brightly apologizing to Syrus for His mess up.
"Sorry Sy I messed up a bit."
"It's okay Jayden."
Syrus accepted the apology with ease while Jayden ended His turn starting Leroy's.
"I Draw! I summon my ' 'The Phantom Knights Of Fragile Armor' and I activate my 'The Phantom Knights Of Ancient Cloak' special ability once in the grave I can Banish it and add one Phantom knight card from my Deck to my hand as long as it's not an Ancient cloak. So I choose the trap card 'The Phantom Knights Of Wrong Magnecting' and I also activate said card. Sending both my 'The Phantom Knights Of Wrong Magnecting' and my 'The Phantom Knights Of Fragile Armor' to the grave in order to draw two cards, but because of my Fragile Armors effect I can draw an extra card from my deck totaling three. So here goes!"

From the trap card a sudden steel wheel appeared taking out both the trap and the Fragile armor. Who seemed to be an ordinary set of armor except for a blue flame possessing it.
"I now activate the spell "XYZ Import' If any of your monsters attack is lower than my 'Break Sword' then I can add that monster as an XYZ material and I choose Syrus's Truckroid!"
Syrus's TruckRoid began to glow yellow and was then turned into a yellow sphere and moved towards 'Sword Break' joining the other XYZ material leaving both Jayden and Syrus defenseless.
"'Sword Break' attack both Syrus and Jayden directly!"
Sword Break hoisted its sword upward and as it did it also kicked its horse to charge which it did as the Dullahan charged forward Jayden activated His trap card.
"I activate the trap card 'Negate Attack' With this card I can choose a monster that's attacking and stop it ending the battle phase and I choose your 'Sword Break'!"
As Sword Break was carrying out His attack a sudden shield appeared around both Jayden and Syrus saving them.
Leroy frowned at the chunk of life points He missed, but that easily changed to a smile as He activated His spell card.
"I activate the spell 'Phantoms Knights Spear' Whenever my enemy activates a card effect against my Phantom Knights I can deal 500 LP to my enemy for every activation."
At its activation the card flipped over showing a magic circle and from it shot a spear with several sharp rocks attached to it. Once it appeared it was fired at Jayden and Syrus dealing damage.

"I end my turn with a face down."
Syrus felt shocked at how experienced both Jayden and Leroy reacted to each other and started thinking to Himself on How He could be at least a tenth of a Duelist the others were and in the middle of it Syrus heard Jayden call to Him.
"Sy? Sy!? *wakes up* It's your turn, man."
Syrus was surprised by Jayden instead of showcasing a worried face instead He was shown a Smiling face saying He was having fun. Syrus was confused until He realized that everyone wasn't Dueling for rewards but for fun. Syrus after His realization smiled, surprising Leroy and began His turn.
"I Draw! I activate the spell 'Dark hole' This card destroys all monsters on the field!"
From Syrus's side of the field a sudden hole appeared and from that hole a gust of wind started sucking Sword Break towards it.
"I activate 'The Phantom Knights Sword Break' special ability and target your Dark hole and destroy it in its tracks!"
As the Sword Break got closer to the seemingly huge black hole, Sword Break raised its sword above its head well neck with both hands and right before it swung Leroy thought of a simple set of words "Getsuga Tensho?"
As Sword Break swung its sword Alexis, Leroy, Jayden, and Syrus were shocked at such a spectacle.
"Impressive!"
'Getsuga Tenshou!!!"
"Cool!!"
"Woah!"
After the Dark hole vanished Syrus continued His turn by Summoning His ExpressRoid in defense mode. Just like the TruckRoid this monster was simply a cartoon train.

"I then activate my Spell card 'Mystical Space Typhoon' with this card's ability I can destroy one trap or spell card that my opponent has and I choose your 'Phantom Knight Spear' Leroy."
A twister began to resonate from Syrus's card, destroying Leroy's spear and sending it to the graveyard.
"And with that I end my turn."
Alexis drew Her card starting Her turn with revenge in mind for Jayden's move against Her earlier.
"I summon 'D.D. Warrior Lady' in attack mode! And place two face downs."
Alexis placed Her cards down revealing a woman in armor and a machete in its left hand and just like Alexis's 'Cyber Gymnast' this monster had blonde hair.

Alexis now empty handed Looked towards Leroy stating "Leroy I'll be borrowing your monster!"
Leroy looked back at Her and simply shrugged, responding "all yours."
Alexis smiled at Leroy's confirmation and continued Her attack.
"'Sword Break' attack Syrus's Expressroid!"
Sword Break followed Alexis' command, swinging His sword at Expressroid destroying it, sending it to the graveyard and then Alexis sent Her Warrior Lady and attacked Jayden and Syrus directly.

Alexis was pleased with Her move and ended Her turn leaving it for Jayden to start.
"I Draw! And I summon 'Winged Kuriboh' in defense mode and end my turn."
Jayden summoned a small brown fur ball with wings that seemed moderately cute and ended His turn.
"I Draw! And now I summon another 'Phantom Knight of Fragile Armor' and I activate m trap 'The Phantom Knights Of Lost Vambrace!'"
A suit of old samurai armor appeared with, like the Fragile Armor, a blue spirit inside it showing up on the field in attack mode.

Once summoned Leroy continued His move. "'Phantom Knight Vambrace' takes effect. I have to equip it as a monster, change its level to 2 and make it lose 600 ATK points, but now my monster can't be destroyed from battle. But that's not why I summoned my Vambrace because now I XYZ summon with both my Vambrace and Fragile Armor to summon. 'Phantom Knight Of Cursed Javelin'."
Just like before everyone saw the two monsters change shape and color to turn into materials that began to orbit around a newly summoned monster. This monster was small in stature but made up in looks of intimidation. This monster had a Javelin in its right hand and a skull shield in its left hand. To add onto the intimidation on its shoulders were replaced with flaming orbs and on the Javelin were three skulls.
