3 Preparing

After walking for a bit, the system in my head started to talk.

System: [Mission Complete! 5 Random Rare cards obtained, For defeating Solomon Moto, 1500 DP obtained.]

"Oh neat, I got DP too, The system did mention that I would get DP depend on the duelist I win against."

After arriving back to the apartment, I took a look in the 5 rare cards I obtained.

"Magical Marionette, Cyber Dinosaur and 3x Zombyra The Dark, Hmm I guess you can call them rare cards, however Zombyra The Dark is a strong monster but has a strong weakness, He can only attack monster and gets weaker every time he destroys a monster, but I can't be petty, with the deck how it is, the more powerful cards helps alot."

System: [I recommend that you tomorrow go back to the store, and trade in for some packs and trade away your 1 Rare cards you have in your deck, specifically known as Garnecia Elefantis."

In my head I was thinking that it might be a good idea, Garnecia Elefantis might trade me some good cards that will help me build my deck, it also has equal power as Red Eyes B Dragon, many would want it.

"Knock, Knock."

"Hmm who would that be?"

As I open the door, An old man with a big belly was outside with a cigar in his mouth.

"Kid, You need to pay rent, I gave you 2 more days, so hand over the cash!"

Ryze was confused and relised that he is living in an apartment, so it slipped his mind that he needed to pay rent.

(System, What do I do, I have no money!)

System: [The currency in this world have been changed to DP, You have a card in your pocket to pay with.]

Ryze took the card from his pocket and brought it toward the owner, The owner took the card and swiped it in a handheld machine and took 750 DP from the card, The owner face changed from a displeased face to a smiling face.

"Here is your card back kid, As promised I took an extra 250DP since you delayed the payment, Remember to pay the rent in time next time.]

While the owner closed the door, Ryze was feeling a small pain in his chest, "Half of the DP gone just like that… *Sigh* I guess I can't complain."

Ryze sat down on his bed and turn on the TV while fixing his deck for abit, news in the TV catches his attention.

[With the newly open museum, Ishizu Ishtar have made a deal with Domino City's museum to hold their Egyptian artifacts from ancient Egyptian's game for all to see, They will arrive in a few days to hold a speech for the opening of the exhibit]

"So Ishizu will soon arrive here and when she does she will talk to Kaiba, to talk about his past and to give him the almighty Egyptian God Card, (Obelisk The Tormentor) it will be hard to face but it will be the start of how everything will go from here on."

After fixing my deck for abit, closed the Tv and went to sleep early.

(Yugi POV)

After coming home, I was about to go to my room untill grandpa told me a curious thing.

"Oh Yugi, You might be having some tuff competition this time around."

Yugi looked at his grandpa funny and asked why he said what he said.

"Before I went to get you from the hospital Yugi, A young man came to the shop to trade and buy cards, the shop was soon closing so I told him to come back tomorrow instead"

"Okay? But what makes it a tough competition? You haven't explained that?"

Grandpa Moto explained to Yugi that he dueled the young man and what took Yugi by surprise is that he told him that he lost the duel.

"You lost grandpa!? Then he must be a strong duelist."

"I told you Yugi, You might get a tough competition, I hope you be here tomorrow Yugi after school and hope to meet up with him."

"Hmm, I will try grandpa, Well good night Grandpa."

While Yugi got to his room, the millennium puzzle on his neck shined and another Yugi was in front of him.

"Yugi, is something wrong?"

Yugi looked at his other self and was scared.

"I feel like a total loser, I almost lost you and the puzzle again, there is no way I can face this enemy. What if I mess up again!?"

The other Yugi denied Young Yugi's claim telling him he didn't fail and told him to believe in himself, that together we can defeat any foe.

"Together we can defeat this evil, with our friends by our side nothing can stop us."

Yugi looked at the other Yugi known as the pharaoh of ancient times and smiled, "You are right, I believe in us!"

The pharaoh nodes and was then thinking on what grandpa Moto said.

"Yugi, We might wanna meet up with the man that your grandpa meet, we don't know for sure if he is friendly or not."

Yugi looked at the pharaoh and made a small nod, "Yeah, but from what grandpa talked about him, he seems like a good guy."

Both Yugi and the Pharoh looked at the window and was in deep thoughts, hoping that they might be over thinking it.

(??? POV)

On a boat that is on its way to Domino City, a figure in a hood was sitting down on an ancient stone throne and was looking at his Millennium Rod, "Soon the power of the pharaoh will be mine and soon, no one can stop me, Muahahahaha!!!

"Yes, Master Marik."

And here is another chapter, I will try to make more chapters about the duels but I kinda want to put stories in too, If you know what I mean.
