The Moon Is Beautiful Tonight

*Knock *knock, the sound made outside her room took Yu Bin out of her thoughts.

"Yes, enter! "

" Yu Bin, do you want to have a drink with me? " Xian Chen said, opening the door slowly. He was feeling a bit insecure and he needed to talk with her. He had a feeling that Yu Bin could disappear anytime.

"Sure, let's go " she answered smiling and approaching him, she grabbed his hand and went out.

She knew why he was calling her to drink. She knew his fears, she was afraid too. She was afraid to disappoint everyone, she was afraid of losing everyone again, and she was afraid that she would be unable to bring Ming Fang's soul back.

"A-Xian!"

"Yes?"

"Are you ok? "

"Yu Bin!" Xian Chen called her name tenderly, keeping her hand in his and walking slowly looking at the cherry blossom around them. The sky was so beautiful tonight and you could see the stars so clearly.

"Yes?" She asked, stopping and looking into his eyes.

"The moon is so beautiful tonight, " he answered, smiling.

A breeze shook the cherry blossoms and a few petals fell in her hair reminding him of the day they were tied by Bao Fang and sat together under the cherry tree in the castle garden. That time some petals fell on her hair too.

Remembering the long time they were together and the events they passed through he felt so much thankful. The time he spent with her we're the most beautiful in his life. Without her, he felt so empty, so sad.

Approaching her more and more Xian Chen grabbed her neck tenderly with one hand and her cheek with the other touching the corner of her lips softly and looking lost into her eyes. Closing their eyes bit by bit their lips crushed in each other tasting the sweet taste of their growing love.

Walking hand in hand the two reached a night restaurant so they entered inside and ordered a drink.

"Ah, this reminds me of the days when we came here with the team," Xian Chen said smiling and Yu Bin lost herself in his smile.

"Yea, we were the best " she answered, coming back to her senses.

"Yu Bin!"

"What is it?" she asked, seeing that Xian Chen was looking somehow strange.

"We are still a team... You, me, master, Longwei, and Moon, we are still a team"

"I know…"

"That's why… don't fight alone, don't worry alone. Whatever will happen in the future, let's handle it together."

"I Know…"

"Then don't think about finding Ming Fang by yourself. We are a team, remember? Let's do it together, let's fight together, if you want to save Ming Fang… even if from my point of view she doesn't deserve it… still, if you want to do it, let's do it together. Ok?"

" Mm, ok" Yu Bin answered, tears threatening to come out.

She knew she was not alone but somehow she felt so burdened. She felt like, it's her fault for not noticing her sister's pain. It was her fault for not noticing her loneliness. So she felt like it was her duty as a big sister to save her. She didn't think that Xian Chen and the others would help her because everyone has a reason to hate her.

After drinking for some time the two left back home. Passing through the park where they last met Ming Fang that day, the two sat down on the green grass watching the stars.

The sound of footsteps made them alert though and they got up to see who it was.

Reaching close to them, they were able to see who it was and for a moment they got frightened.

"Ming Fang!?" The two called in fright and the one called smiled tenderly.

"Ah, finally found you," she said, staying down beside Yu Bin, making Xian Chen alert. "I'm sorry, did I startle you?" she added looking at the two who were looking somehow ready to fight in case of something.

"What are you doing here? " Yu Bin asked, looking at her somehow worried. Did she remember? That's why she is here? Did she come to fight them again? Lots of thoughts were passing through her mind and didn't understand what to believe.

"Ah, we moved here last month. After we met that day, I couldn't stop thinking of you and wanted to see you again. I was coming into this park every day thinking that I might see you again, but three months almost passed and I didn't see you even once. Right now I was coming out to have some clean air and put my thoughts together, I'm so lucky" Ming Fang answered smiling big. She was feeling really happy to find the two here. She was doing her best to find them but they were nowhere to be found.

" That's weird… I came here every day. I was looking for you too…"

"That means we just missed each other. Still, I'm glad I found you." Ming Fang said and Yu Bin approved.

"Why did you look for her? What reason?"Xian Chen asked, annoyed but Yu Bin grabbed his hand softly.

"A-Xian…"

"Did I do you lots of wrongs?" Ming Fang asked slowly

"Do you need to ask?"

"A-Xian…"

"Yes, it looks like I did you wrong because you are behaving like it. So, can you tell me what I did so wrong? " Ming Fang asked, raising her voice. It was not anger, she was feeling like she would cry anytime.

She was afraid of finding out that she is a bad person, but, if she was one then she needed to repair what she did wrong, she needed to ask for forgiveness for whatever she did to these two.

"You really are clueless huh? " Xian Chen asked, annoyed. "After everything you…" he added but Yu Bin shouted his name and he stopped.

"I'm sorry, whatever I did to you, I'm sorry…"

"You…." he said disgusted but Yu Bin grabbed his hand and turned him around to face her.

"A-Xian… you promised something not long ago. Do you remember"

"I do but…she just…"

"I'm sorry," Ming Fang said, staying on her knees. Even if she doesn't remember anything she is not stupid. She might've done a terrible thing to them. Because Xian Chen was looking so disgusted at her, Yu Bin was doing her best to calm him down, which means he did him the most wrong. "I don't remember what I have done to you but I'm sorry, I am really sorry. I wish I could change the past but I can't. The old man said that the past can't be changed but the future can be made so I'll make sure to repair what I did wrong."

"What if what you did can't be repaired? "

"Everything can be repaired, just tell me what I've done and I will…" Ming Fang tried to persuade Xian Chen but he just got angrier.

The fact that Ming Fang was looking so innocent right now, the fact that she really minds what she said, and the fact that he knew who she was made him want to strangle her neck.

"You can't do nothing, you almost ki.."

"A-Xian! Stop, please…" Yu Bin shouted, scared. He can't tell her, it was not the moment. Ming-Fang will be crushed if he continues. It was not her fault, Ming Fang was not guilty of any of her acts. She was a victim too, she was losing her family and in the end, she lost her soul, now she lost her memories and she was looking like she was terrified by the fact that she might've done something wrong.

Just then the sound of a phone was heard from Ming Fang's phone and everyone stopped talking.

"What happened old man?"

"Jiayi! Where are you?"

" I'm in the park, what happens? Why are you sounding so terrified? Did something happen?"

"stay there, don't come back, strange things are here everywhere…"

"Strange things? Old man what are you saying? "

" You know the movie we watched together some time ago? Attack of zombies?"

"What?..."

" They look like that?"

"Like what? "

"Zombies…."

"Zombies?" Ming Fang asked, confused. She didn't understand what her old man was talking about.

"Zombies? " Yu Bin and Xian Chen asked, terrified. If they said zombies then it must be about fierce corpses…..
