The Failed Confession

Xian Chen took the necklace and left home.

He needs to tell Yu Bin that he is not sorry for kissing her. He was sorry because he angered her and because he didn't ask for permission. He will never be sorry for kissing her. If she accepts to be his girlfriend, then he will kiss her all day and he will make sure she will never get sad again but she will always be happy. Thinking about when he kissed her, her lips were so soft that it was making him kiss her his whole life but then he remembers the moment Yu Bin pushed him and he got afraid. *What if she doesn't like me? What if she hates me? What will I do if she doesn't want to talk with me again? Should I really confess to her?* Xian Chen thought and lost in his thoughts he didn't see the carriage coming in his direction.

"What are you doing brother Xian? " Yu Bin Shouted and grabbed Xian Chen's hand pulling him from the front of the carriage.

"Yu Bin?!" Xian Chen asked confused.

"What are you doing brother Xian? Why aren't you prudent? What would happen if the carriage would hit you? What would I do if you get hurt?" Yu Bin was putting question after question with tears falling down her face.

She was truly shocked when she saw Xian Chen who was about to be hit by the carriage so without thinking she used her spiritual force and made an instant leap and pulled him out of the carriage path.

Xian Chen hugged her tight afraid that if he would let her go then she will disappear forever

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry for worrying you, I'm sorry my dear Yu Bin. Please don't cry, I promise I will never worry you again " Xian Chen said while hugging her.

"Hm, make sure you keep this promise, " Yu Bin said, hugging him back.

"Yu Bin… about yesterday…."

"Let's not talk about that, ok? "

"But…"

"It was just a momentary impulse, I understand. This will not make me change my mind, don't worry, you will remain my precious and dear brother forever."

"But.." Xian Chen wanted to tell her that it was not a momentary impulse but Yu Bin interrupted him again.

"Let's not talk about this again, ok brother Xian? " Yu Bin said smiling and Xian Chen didn't dare to continue so smiling he said, "ok my dear Yu Bin, come let's go back, I think master is really worried about us."

"Let's go." Yu bin said, chuckling.

"Let me carry you, you are hurt, " Xian Chen said and stayed down for Yu Bin to stay on his back.

"Thank you," Yu Bin said, hugging Xian Chen tightly.

"Thank you too, for being here for me. You saved me." Xian Chen said, looking up into the sky and smiling.

Walking step by step they reached home in the end.

"You are back," Bao Fang said, smiling worriedly.

"I'm home, " Xian Chen replied, smiling reassuringly. "I'm sorry for worrying you, " he added.

" You should go and put Yu Bin in bed then come back to eat, I prepared your favorite." Bao fang said and Xian Chen left.

"Xian Chen!..." Bao Fang called when he was about to enter his room.

" Yes, master?" Xian Chen answered, turning around.

"Thank you for coming back," Bao Fang said, smiling sadly. Her chest was hurting at the thought that Xian Chen was somewhere out there being hurt and she couldn't help him. Now she was glad that he chose to come back.

"Hm," he smiled, agreeing and nodding his head then entered his room and let Yu Bin sleep soundly.

"You are very tired because of me, aren't you? Sorry for worrying you, my dear Yu Bin, " Xian Chen said, putting Yingyue on the edge of the bed. Putting the blanket on Yu Bin and kissing her forehead , Xian Chen got out, letting Yu Bin sleep.

"Yu Bin, wake up, let's eat, " Bao Fang said, moving Yu Bin who opened her eyes slowly.

"Let's eat, then I will send you home. Your parents are probably worried about you." Bao Fang continued, seeing that Yu Bin opened her eyes. A month passed from the day Yu Bin left the castle so it was time for her to go home.

"Mm, ok master. I'll change my clothes and come down. Thank you for waking me up." Yu Bin said smiling and Bao Fang left the room giving space to Yu Bin.

After taking a bath and getting changed, Yu Bin came down to eat.

"Are you leaving today?" Xian Chem asked, looking at Yu Bin who smiled troublingly.

"Yes, I will go home, it has been a month since the day I left home so I need to go back " yu Bin answered back then took a spoon with food putting it in her mouth.

She didn't want to go home. If possible she wanted to stay more with Bao Fang and Xian Chen but she can't make her parents worried either.

"How are your wounds?" Xian Chen asked concerned, yesterday she was in the city, he didn't know why she was there but his heart wanted to believe that she was there for him. Still, the point is that her wound aggravated because of this. When he put her in bed, he saw blood on her dress.

"I am ok, the wound is healing."

"Ah yes, by the way, didn't you say that you are best at healing? Why didn't you heal yourself when you got stabbed?" Xian Chen asked, remembering that Yu Bin once healed when she got hurt and said that she is the best at healing.

" That's the most I can do… I can't heal this wound. I healed enough to not die but that was all." Yu Bin said, looking at her wounded place and touching her sword. It was strange somehow.

"What happened? " Bao Fang asked, seeing Yu Bin lost in her thoughts and looking somehow strange.

"I just wonder, why was Yingyue mad that time? I was not angry that day, not using any resentful energy. That time I thought maybe because I cultivated resentful energy that day and that's why, but, thinking more now I was not using resentful energy that time. I was just walking wanting to meet Yingyue then I got assaulted by her." Yu Bin said remembering that day. At that time she was not able to think clearly but thinking of it now was kind of strange.

"So, you are saying that Yingyue attacked you without you feeding her resentful energy? " Bao Fang said, looking alarmed.

"Yes master, I even saw you and Xian Chen there. Ah yes, Ming-Fang was there too. That's how I figured out that what I saw was not real."

"Ming Fang was there?" Xian Chen shouted in surprise. That day he thought he saw Ming-Fang but then he thought that maybe because they were staying too close to the cave it was just an illusion. Still, hearing Yu Bin now he is sure that Ming Fang was there that time.

"She was not there, I'm telling you she was an illusion" Yu Bin said giggling. Xian Chen's face right now was too cute. *always worry for nothing * she thought, looking at him.
