They mostly talked about the contents from Dan's channel.

Rusia's Representative :

China's Representative :

We must assumed the worst, that the portal might really exist in there. We can't play around with the safety of our world.

France's Representative :

Based on the videos from Dan's channel, every people in that world who ate Devil Fruits can create massive damages on our Earth. Especially those Logia users who were immune to our weapons.

Japan's Representative :

We already investigated Oda, the one who create this anime of Onepiece. He said he got the inspiration to wrote the story of Onepiece based on his dreams. So we can assumed, the Beings who supported Dan's channel might've influenced Oda to wrote the story in his dreams.

Holland's Representative :

If that was true, then based on Oda's anime of Onepiece. Every single person who lived on that world even the civilians are way stronger than the people who lived on Earth.

Australia's Representatives :

That's true, since most people in that world can learn Rokushiki's techniques with their body constitution. The people of our world will never be able to learn the techniques since our constitution are way weaker than those people.

North Korea's Representative :

Our soldiers tried to learn the tehniques but all failed and some of them even died in the process.

Indonesia's Representative :

Either the people from our world can't learn the techniques or Dan really doesn't know how to teach properly. Seing all of his crews could learn the techniques easily even with Dan's horrible teaching. We can assume the constitution between the two worlds were completely different, in which case the Earth's were the weaker one.

South Korea's Representative :

So basically if those people invade our world, we can't use our weapons againts them. Since our weapon were useless againts the Logia users. The only option were to drown them in to the ocean, since they can't swim at all. As for the non Logia users, we must not fight them head on since they are way stronger than us. We must attack from a distance to drown them all in to the ocean.

Spain's Representative :

That's true, if we use the right tactic we can win againts them. Too bad we don't know how to create those sea stones or learn haki in this world.

Canada's Representative :

The real problem lies with Dan himself. We could see him swimming and diving in the ocean like a fish in that world. He is also a Logia user of ice who can freeze anything now. We also saw him get eaten by a huge monster in the ocean, but managed to stay alive even after his body got destroyed and came back after he reconstructed his body from the frozen body of the monster and act like nothing ever happened to him.

So even if the people from that world didn't invade our world, but Dan himself managed to came back alone to our world. He can literally destroy this world with his own power if he wants to and we can't do anything to stop him.

India's Representative :

We could try to create a weapon that can melt his body until nothing remains. Maybe nuclear bombs will works on him too.

We can try, but we need to know the fact that Dan himself can use those haki things and can predict anything before any attacks can land on his body just like how he demonstrated them on some of his videos.

Basically until we really sure that we can take down Dan permanently, we should never try to make him angry or he will freeze us all to death.
