1 The long day part 1

As the cold polluted city air hits Maria's face she wakes up and looks at the clock and looks angry and mad "oh shit it's 1 o'clock already the press conferences starts in a hour I don't even have time to drop David off at school is is going to be a little hurt in Thomas reputation as horrible because of how loud it is this might seem like a last ditch effort not to be late I'll have to bring David" as Maria said she runs and puts on all her clothes and leaves the door but immediately comes back for her chest binder and puts it on and runs to go put two slices of bread in the toaster then as she hears the beep she takes the toast and takes out some grape jelly and almost puts it on there then she stops "that was a close one I almost forgot he's allergic to grape jelly I'll just get some peanut butter as I now remember he doesn't like any jelly because of the reaction he had last time" Maria said as she prepares a peanut butter with Nutella then as she prepares a cup of coffee she hears small feet thomping across the floor then as she pretended not to noticed a small five year old hugged her and the same five year old looked up "mama!" "Hey darling" "mama will you be driving me to school" david said smiling "I'm afraid you won't be going to school today"Maria said then David frowned "so I won't be able to see Katie today "David said with a bigger frown "oh darling you seriously got to confess" "confess what? What does that mean" David said questioning the word "confess means basically just to say it without lying basically putting it out there and you got to confess that you love Katie" "no I don't she's a stupid girl" David said as he blush's and crosses his arms "but I'm a girl too am I stupid" Maria said while frowning and looks like she's about to cry then David looked back " hm no mama girls are smart but your even smarter" David said trying to cheer his mother up and blushing "aww thank you darling well anyway we will be seeing Katie today we have to see Michael anyway just after the press conference" "ok mama but why do you have to dress like uncle Thomas and in public why do you act like him and tell me to call you uncle" "look hon I can't explain at this age but when your older I can explain so please until I or the company investigator can find your uncle can you keep up with the act for a while" "ok mama but in return can you carry me" David said smiling "I'll trie as your not so skinny" Maria said then David looked upset "hey but being chubby is good just towards an extent" Maria said then David looked slightly happy "what do you mean" "you know how you see lazy people in those cartoons who are adults and a lot bigger then you and how they sometimes act like a child and say there weight ain't a problem well that's beyond the extent but of course there are people who change there lives by either getting surgery to get skinny or if they can the work out way of getting skinnier but hey your five you can act like a lazy bugger until your eight" Maria said then David looked happy "but of course the way I explained it could be potentially rude as it's not right to body shame as people could take it critical well anyway can you hear out of your left ear" "yes mama" "that's good the implant is working well oh cr-crum look at the time we got to go" Maria said then she carried David and took her coffee and drank it almost instantly leaving only a remainder of some sugar as she picks up the keys she walks out the door and unlocks her car puts David in his comfortable seat and buckled him down then as she started her car she started driving
