16 illegitimate Son ( Edited )

After paying the fee, an association official guided them to the teleportation array designated for the Laden area. Eva continued to hold Daniel's arm, determined not to be separated from him.

In this situation, Daniel could only smile goofily. He appreciated the feeling of a beautiful girl holding onto his arm.

The teleport array resembled a portal, a large blue rift in space. Passing through it allowed them to reach Laden's area.

The employee began explaining the array's usage and guidelines for the teleportation process. However, Daniel and Eva, being experienced, politely declined the explanation. Without delay, they entered the blue rift.

Upon entering, everything turned white around them, and their consciousness slowly faded. This was a natural part of the teleportation process.

After a few moments, they snapped back to awareness, finding themselves no longer in Lancey City but in Laden's area. Eva clung to Daniel's arm again, not willing to let go.

"Um, brother, can we have another date in the future?" Eva asked in a shy, slightly anxious tone, remembering the joy of their previous date.

Daniel thought for a moment, recalling that he had to retrieve the key from somewhere. "Sure, in the future, if we have the time, why not?"

Eva was pleased with Daniel's answer, looking forward to more dates with her beloved brother.

"Well, it's getting late. We should head to the Schneitz estate," Daniel patted Eva's head and suggested.

"I understand," Eva replied obediently, and together, they made their way to the Schneitz property.

As they walked, they garnered attention due to their beauty. Women were envious of Eva, while men were jealous of Daniel.

The Travel Association was located on the outskirts of the area, several tens of kilometers away from the Schneitz family property. Daniel wasn't in a rush, as the only reason he wanted to reach the birthday party on time was to encounter Fate's Child. Still, he decided to enjoy the scenery of Laden's area with his sister.

A golden palace, covering an expansive area, was enclosed by fences and guarded by numerous sentinels. Two white domes, illuminated with golden and yellow lights, adorned the night sky.

Countless flying carriages, regular carriages, and airships moved towards the palace. Each of these flying ships resembled cruise ships on Earth, but with the ability to fly. These immense flying ships were crafted by Magic Sovereigns and were of supreme quality, making them superior artifacts.

Artifacts ranged from mortal to earthly, divine, supreme, emperor, and saint levels. Only Grand Masters and above possessed the capability to create artifacts.

Each of these flying ships bore ancient engravings and distinctive insignias revealing their backgrounds. Daniel and Eva could have arrived by airship, but Daniel disliked the noise.

The palace in question was the Schneitz family's estate, one of the wealthiest families below the imperial level. They held substantial influence in various kingdoms.

While the Schneitz family wasn't known for its martial prowess, its current head was merely a Sword King realm individual. In the eyes of imperial families, the Schneitz family was akin to insignificant ants, easily crushed with a bit of pressure.

However, imperial families occasionally sought to establish friendly relations with the Schneitz family, especially the prince and princesses aspiring for the crown. They aimed to unite with wealthy families and gain control over various businesses as a means of contending for the crown position within the empires.

But Daniel had no need to engage in such pursuits, as his position was secure due to his exceptional talent. Almost nothing could shake his status.

Several hours had passed since Daniel and Eva arrived in Laden's area. Now, it was nearly nightfall, and the birthday party was underway.

Inside the palace, a vast hall adorned with opulent decorations featured many arranged tables. Renowned singers and musicians from four continents entertained the guests.

Prominent figures such as princesses and princes from different kingdoms, even a few princesses from imperial families who were friends with the Schneitz family's youngest daughter, had attended.

Several princes and princesses who knew each other gathered around a round table, chatting while holding their glasses.

"Have you heard about the Schneitz family's heir situation?"

"The heir situation? To my knowledge, the Schneitz family's next heir is Steven Schneitz, the eldest son."

"Indeed, that's what I thought. But when I was here yesterday, I overheard some servants talking about the Schneitz family leader's illegitimate son."

"Ah! Jordan Schneitz has an illegitimate son? I've never heard of this before."

"Neither had I. It appears that the Schneitz family was trying to keep it a secret, but given the servants' chatter, it seems the Schneitz family leader intends to acknowledge his illegitimate son's existence."

"But why? Having an illegitimate son could damage the Schneitz family leader's reputation."

"I had the same thought, but it seems the Schneitz family leader's illegitimate son has displayed remarkable genius in business and politics. A portion of the Schneitz family's business was even entrusted to him."

"Really? Doesn't that mean there could be a contender for the Schneitz family heir position?"

"True, but it's none of our concern. What I'm curious about is whether the Hudson family will attend this birthday."

"That's right. I heard that the Hudson family received an invitation, but I doubt they'll come. The Hudson family rarely participates, even in imperial events."

Not far from their table, Jordan Schneitz, the head of the Schneitz family, sat beside a round table with two others. He was a middle-aged man with short golden hair, black eyes, and a moderately long beard, standing at a height of 183 cm. He wore royal robes and silver attire befitting a king.

Next to him sat a handsome young man with neat, short golden hair and blue eyes. He stood at 178 cm, looked to be in his early twenties, and wore silver clothes like a man in his prime.

Lastly, a stunning woman with long white hair and black eyes graced the table. Her beauty was ethereal, with fair skin resembling snow and an imposing height of 176 cm. She wore a golden-embroidered royal dress that accentuated her long legs and curvaceous thighs, along with high heels. Her ample bosom was impossible to conceal, and her shapely rear swayed enticingly with each step. She embodied the allure of a true MILF.

Her name was Elena Belfort, Jordan Schneitz's wife and the eldest daughter of one of the most powerful kingdoms under the Sun Empire, the Belfort Kingdom. She was a formidable Magic Lord, aged forty-two.

The middle-aged man was Jordan Schneitz, the current head of the Schneitz family, a fifty-year-old Sword King. The young man was Steven Schneitz, the current eldest son of the Schneitz family, a peak Magic Master in his twenties.

"Hmph, that illegitimate son..." Steven commented, seemingly indifferent about his father's illegitimate child, though a hint of disdain could be discerned.

"I don't know. They're an enigmatic family, and their intentions remain elusive. Even if they send a representative, it would probably be the Hudson family princess," Jordan replied, expressing concern about the matter.

"Heh, it's a pity that the Hudson family's crown prince isn't attending," Elena chimed in with a playful and slightly disappointed tone.

"Dear wife, you're talking about the era's greatest genius, someone whose talents rival even the Hudson family's Taboo Being! Even the emperors of the three empires can't easily meet him," Jordan responded, his voice tinged with anger when discussing the illegitimate child.

"Father is correct. By accepting our invitation, they've already shown us great courtesy. Even if the Hudson family princess graces our birthday party, it's already an exceptional occurrence. The idea of their crown prince attending is beyond imagination," Steven added, explaining the situation to his mother earnestly.

"Ara ara, why did you two suddenly become so serious? I was just joking. There's no need to get angry," Elena said, her tone light and mocking, followed by a small chuckle.

Nonetheless, she was genuinely eager to meet the Hudson family's crown prince, particularly since rumors touted his talent as equal to that of the Taboo Being and his unmatched physical beauty. But she also understood the improbability of his attendance at her daughter's birthday party.

"Anyway, where are those two silly girls? The party has already started, and they're nowhere to be seen," Jordan frowned, his thoughts returning to his two daughters who had yet to arrive.

"Don't worry, Alex is with them. They'll arrive soon," Elena assured her husband, her words calming his concerns.

As for Steven, he held a contrasting view. He was furious that Alex, the illegitimate son, was accompanying his sisters, but he refrained from asking any questions when he overheard one of the palace guards responsible for guiding guests.

Not only he, but also his parents and all the palace guests were left shocked, amazed, and thrilled by the announcement.

"I am pleased to announce the arrival of Princess Eva Hudson of the Hudson Family and Crown Prince Daniel Hudson of the Paradise Empire!"
