Mariela's POV

"Mariela!" Aunt Tamara exclaimed, and she came running to me with a beautiful smile.

"Aunt Tamara, it is so nice to see you again," I replied as she pulled me into a tight hug, I was beaming from ear to ear, and I love this woman. Kent's mom is like my real aunt, and how she treated me made me feel so loved.

"The feeling is mutual, my dear; when I heard you were back with my nephew, I was shocked at first, but I am happy that you are back finally after so many years." She declared.

"I have always known Archer loved you, and I could see it in his eyes that he longed for you no matter how many times he said he didn't want to see your face anymore. And I know love moves mysteriously, my dear." She added, and I smiled while I felt guilty knowing we had a strange arrangement about our marriage.

"Thank you for coming, Ella," she said as she pulled me with her, and we made our way to the main living room of their mansion.
