9 A New Character

He was waiting for them there, silently. It was first time that, he is being at Girl's dome gate.

Every by passer girl who were passing from there were staring at him. He was feeling so disturbed by all these girls behaviour, he wanted to shout at them, to stop their stare. But didn't wanted to show his this side of face to Nishi, especially now, when she is his wife.

Lizy came, saying sorry, sorry, sorry , for making him wait for them. Nishi was beside her. Silently, head bowed down, looking at the ground, to avoid him. He noticed it, but didn't said anything.

"It's okay. Let's go. "

He was walking ahead, like their pacemaker, while they were following him, silently. Nishi had no idea that where she is going. Isn't it is being late for class?

They came out of the principal office, soon.

He had just introduced them to him. After that, Mr, Tarun Vankhede, the manager and principal of college, got understand, that these two girls are special to him. So they have to take special care of them.

By the way he knows it, that Lizy is his sister. As he had seen her, a lot of times, with him in his Paradise. His big house, where he had gone to give particulars of the college management to his father.

But who was that girl beside his sister. .... It could be, that she would be her friend. So, not more necessary than her sister, I think.

He entered in their classroom, it was chemistry period. They followed him too.

As he came inside, the professor stopped the lecture, in between. Everyone's eyes stopped at them.

He came in the class, but didn't even have a look on the students. Didn't noticed so, some girls started whispering in each others ears. He didn't heard, what they said, but got understand that, it is about him and his personal life. This whispers, had troubled him when he was new at, seeing the fun of own family in front of whole world.

But now it don't bother him much. He is now used to it.

" There are two more new students of your class. Introduce them well, to everyone."

He said it, to the professor and left the class, leaving the two there. Actually, it was being late for his class. So he tried to finish it, as soon as possible.

As Nishi knows it, that Senior count a person, neither by looks, nor by rich and poor, he count every person, by knowledge and their study. In which she is just an average, and he don't appreciate an average.

The professor said to them to introduce themselves to the whole class one by one.

Lizy nodded, but Nishi , she is so shy. How she would say in front of everyone, especially when everyone's eyes would be on her.

Lizy looked towards the class, before introducing herself. Her eyes, moved from left corner, first bench to the right one, last bench. And it got stopped there at the last bench, she narrowed her brows and started pissing off her teeth, in anger. And what she saw, was that beast on that last bench, with two girls beside him, on either side. They were sitted straight, facing to the professor.

Definitely those girls would be his time pass. Okay, if now he is my classmate, it is really going to be so interesting in the coming three years. It would be great fun!!!

She thought.

She moved her eyes toward others, and said,

" Hiii ! I am Lizy.... Lizy Verman.

(As she said it, the whole class started rustling down their feet, making voice like Ooooo... , shaking thumbs down in disapproval.)

How they could treat me like this? Don't they know whose sister I am? OK, no matter, I will make sure, to introduce myself to them, in another way.

The professor shouted, "Silence, Silence everyone !!! ".

The class became as quiet as it was.

The professor said to Lizy, " You can proceed !!"

"I think this intoduction is enough to all of you. Rest of the introduction, you will know, with time."

Ending the intro, she took the place, where a girl gestured her to seat with her. Her ending line seemed, less than a intro, and more like a threat to whole class.

There was two seats. On one seat, she seated and second one for Nishi she thought.

But why this girl kept seated for us? Is she knew that, we were going to come today? But how she knows?

A lot of questions, whose answers only that girl knows. But now, it is not the right time to ask. So , it is better to be quiet.

The professor looked at Nishi, after Lizy. She was feeling so nervous, she doesn't even wanted to introduce herself to anyone. She just wanted to cry. Her situation was so weary and pathetic. She was thinking that they will laugh at her, if she said anything.

For today, she had thought that she and Lizy will go to class together, before class will start. And we will have a seat in corner, so as no one disturb us. But now....

She didn't looked up to the class, as she knows it that her pulse rate will increase , seeing everyone eyes on her.

" Hello.... Everyone. (She corrected her spectacles.) My name is Nishi Sharma. I am from Holy Church School, Ponda, Goa. "

After this she forgot what she had to say next.

Seeing her situation, the professor said her to go and have a seat. She straight went to Lizy, and got seated on the seat beside her.

The lecture ended, after whole one hour, everyone's ears was bleeding because of that continuous ruckus voice of the professor.

As the professor left, the girl beside them, looked at both and said.

" You can rest for fifteen minutes, after this, we have to go for physics class, Okay. "

Seeing her, Lizy remembered her questions, that she wanted to ask.

"By the way, who are you? And why did you help us, when the whole class were cheering against me. "

Nishi was looking at their faces, as they were talking, without interfering them. As she don't have, anything matter to say, so as she could enter in their conversation.

"Ohh... Sorry. How foolish I am, I forgot to introduce myself to you two. .... Ahh... !! Hii.... my name is Amoli, your classmate. I helped you, because you looked a good girl to me. And yes !! this class didn't cheered against you. Actually.... your brother... Samir ,

( As she took brother's name, Lizy thought was is the relation of brother in all this.)

he is doing his masters here for two years, right...

"Yes!!! So what. " Lizy said.

"That's why no any senior have the courage to bully any freshers. But yet in this class, Samayara is here. She have a girl group or you can say, a girl gang. She always bully the new comers. Every student of this class, listen to her, and if someone doesn't listen, she and her girl gang bully them now and then. "

"So won't she will bully you? "Lizy asked her as she helped Lizy and Nishi against her.

" Noo..., because she likes my brother. And I am his big sister, so she never says anything to me. Once, she had tried to be friendly with me. But I don't like to be with her kind of girls.

"Your brother too study in this class?"Lizy asked her.

" Yeah!! Actually we have just one year gap..... I don't fall into any trouble, So Mom and Dad kept both of us together. But you don't worry. Here only, very few people knows, that he is my brother. In that, Samayara also comes. He don't like it, that I am studying with him in his class. Sooo.. .... I don't tell anyone. "

Lizy wanted to know who that badass is, who is feeling shame saying her sister, "SISTER " in front of everyone. But by her face, it seemed that she doesn't want to tell. So, she let it go..

After all class ended. Amoli took them to the canteen. They were seated on the table. Amoli was going to order something for them. But only then, Lizy asked Nishi to go to washroom. Amoli said, "Okay, Come soon, I am waiting for you two. "

Lizy replied, "Okay. "

Lizy was in the washroom, Nishi didn't wanted to go inside as there was a strong smell of washroom cleaner. She was wandering outside, waiting for Lizy.

Suddenly, she got stopped in front of Cold Drink Machine. She wanted a one. She took out her mini bag, from her college bag, and luckily founded a coin in it. Seeing that coin a wide smile spread on her face.

But she never used a Cold Drink Machine, even if there was Cold Drink Machine in Ponda. But she had saw it in films, how to use it. So, she started finding the place, where the coins are teemed.

She was not able to find it.

Suddenly she felt someone at her back.

"Lizy , please help me. I don't know where to teem this coin. I want this. "

She was still finding the place to put the coin.

She didn't answered.

"Lizy.... please help me. "

Accepting the defeat, that she can't find it, she looked back.

Seeing back, her face paled, her hands curved into fist, controlling the fears, that was encircling her. Her eyes widened, as that person's face was just a few centimeter away from her face. As she came to her senses, she lowered her eyes and made a distance from the person in front of her. But got slammed with the Cold Drink Machine.

That person was Samir. She was asking help from the person who had hurted her last night. Seeing back, her eyes just met with his one. And her heart beat inceeased, seeing his eyes. She lowered her eyes, hiding her timid eyes from him.

She took strides towards washroom, to find Lizy. Avoiding him, she just wanted to came out of that place. As much she is angry and hurted by him, she fear of him too.

"Stop !!!"

He said loudly.

She got stopped, as he said. She doesn't have the guts to disobey him.

What is left now? She thought.

He came in front of her. And spread his hand.

She got understand what he wants. She put the coin in his hand without touching his hand.

"What do you want? "He asked her.

She corrected her spectacles and said, " I...I want that Cola. "She gestured her finger towards it, lowered her head, and said in a pathetic way. As if, she is having problem in speaking, in front of him.

He took the coin and teemed in the Cold Drink Machine. As he left, from her front, and went to the machine. She too looked back to see how it happens.

When he took out the Cola and headed to her, she again lowered her eyes to the ground. He spreaded his hand to her. She took the Cola and left from there as soon as she could.

He was still standing there, looking to her back. Standing there!! thinking to the words, that Ronny had said him that she is changed. She is no more like she was, when we had met her first time. After sometime, he too left from there.

Nishi sipping the drink, came to the table. She was so amazed to see Lizy there, eating with great satisfaction.

When she came out of the washroom? She thought.

She came and got seated on her seat, sipping the Cold Drink.

"Where have you gone, Nishi? I had tried to found you, but you where not there. I thought, you would be here, but you were not. "

Lizy said with concern, keeping one hand on her shoulder.

She is always concerned about her, like Nishi is her younger sister. As she is so sweet and innocent , so she always fear that she didn't fall in any trap or trouble. After all, this world is not sweet, as she.

"I had gone to take this. " Saying, she forwarded the Cold Drink in front of her, after removing the sipping stick, from her rosy pink lips.

"If you want it next time, tell me, I will come with you. " She had really got feared, not seeing her there. Only then, she started to eat, when Amoli forced her to.

Nishi nodded with a sweet smile.

After canteen, Amoli took them to her hostel room. In her room, there was her roommate too.

Her roommate was surrounded by five or six girls on her bed. They were in phone, seeing hot sexy photos of boy students, in college whatsapp group of this year batch. There were busy in passing, dirty comments about those guys.

Seeing two new girls in her room, her roommate looked at Lizy and Nishi. She came out of the bed, and got stand up in front of Lizy and their friends beside them.

"Who are they, Amoli? Her roommate asked Amoli. Amoli introduced them, to her roommate and everyone.

"Samayara, she is Lizy, and she is Nishi, her friend. "

Lizy didn't said anything, but Nishi said, " Hello" with her cute and wide smile. They made a dirty face of disgust. And one of them said, "Whatever !!!" with voice filled with disgust. Nishi's smile vanished, seeing their expressions.

Ohhh.... This girl that is Amoli roommate, is Samayara. Intresting...very interesting.....," Lizy thought.

Amoli said," Lizy, Nishi , this is Samayara, and all these girls are her friends - Sneha, Sakshi, Simran and these two are sisters - Riya and Jiya. "

Lizy said just a simple," Hii !!"

As she wants revenge of her insult of today's class. And revenge for Nishi too. So she didn't wanted to mix up with them. And by the way, where there would be Lizy, how a another girl could be girl's leader. Not possible!!

They made a face like they are not interested in them, and said "Hii... "

They all said in the same manner, as Samayara greeted Lizy and Nishi, one by one.

And went back to the bed, where they were, before they had come.

They started her, so important work again.

" Let them go!!! " Amoli said and took them to her bed. They got seated making a triangle on the bed.

There Amoli started telling them, the whole system and rules & regulations of the college.

From when the class start to when it end, canteen timing, hostel timing and everything.

She even give them, her notes for tonight , so they could complete what they have lost in study. It was not a lot, only two days late they were.

Lizy, Nishi and Amoli , went to the canteen for supper. After that, the three walked to the Girl's dome together, to their floor of hostel room. Because after that their rooms way come in opposite directions to each other. Lizy's and Nishi's room, to one corner. And Amoli's and Samayara's room at other corner, of the floor.

They got slept in their beds peacefully. Today's day was really good than last one, to Lizy. As today , she didn't bumped into that beast. She doesn't want to fight with him, but she is not a kind of girl, who can suffer any wrongdoer.

A peaceful night and filled with happy dreams, after tiredness of whole day!!! Everyone is in their sleep making happy dreams for future. But no one knows what is there in their fortune !!!!!
