It was three years ago before Lucas got Ethan pregnant with their first child, Asher. A day before V-Day or Valentine's Day both Ethan and Lucas were preoccupied with their own work.

"Dr. Ethan, are you done with your rounds?" asked Dr. Anthony who was standing at the nurse station.

"Yes, I just need to visit one last patient," said Ethan as he fills up the patient's folder that he asked from the nurse that is in the nurse station.

"Oh, is that the VIP patient? How is his condition?"
