Chapter 3

The next day Ethan was transferred to a VIP room since the doctor gave a green light that he is now safe although he is still unconscious. Grandpa and Grandma Go both decided to go home last night and it was Arata who waited for Ethan to be transferred to his VIP room.

The next morning, when grandpa and grandma go arrive at the VIP room that was assigned for Ethan, they saw the doctor talking to their in-laws. They saw the devastated reaction of both grandpa and grandma Aoki when they heard what happened to Ethan. It was already a shock to them when they receive a call from grandpa go's assistant last night informing them that Ethan was rush to the hospital. They were actually wondering why Ethan was not at the birthday party when it was actually his birthday as well.

"Oldest Master Aoki, your grandson is now safe that is why we transfer him to the VIP room just an hour ago Dr. Akifumi of the General surgeon department made sure that he is no longer in danger. But it is not normal for a kid to just stab and cut his wrist himself like that, I, myself is a parent and it pains me to see that a kid with the same age as my son do that to himself that even resulted to a cardiac arrest during the surgery. That only means how much deep his wound and how much blood he lost before and during the surgery happened. I would very much like to talk with his parents and possibly recommend them to have a child psychiatrist take a look at your grandson." said Dr. Sato the main pediatrician doctor of Ethan.

"don't worry doctor once my son and daughter-in-law arrive I would tell them to go to you" grandpa Aoki.

"then please let one of the nurse know in that nurse station so that they could let me know when they arrive, I might be making my rounds by the time they arrive" said Dr. Sato as he points at the nurse station nearby.

"we will, thank you very much for saving our grandson" grandma Aoki couldn't hide her tears anymore as she shakes the hand of the young doctor.

"It is my duty as a doctor to saves the lives of all my patients and your grandson is a strong one he just needs guidance and love to avoid anything like this from happening, anyway please do excuse me, I need to do my rounds" Dr. Sato left them after they said their thanks to him. In actual fact he wants to reprimand them as well but since he need to show his respects to the elders he just told them that he needs to talk the child's parents. What kind of parents are they to let their child does this to himself.

After Dr. Sato left, both grandpa and grandma go approach the other two elders which is their in-laws as well.

"I see that the doctor have told you what happen to Ethan, Hirofumi" said grandpa go as approach grandpa Aoki. Grandpa Aoki came from a prestigious alpha family from country J. He was engaged to be married to Grandma Aoki when they were young, the two of them fell in love at first sight that's why it wasn't difficult for them to work out their relationship even if they were actually arrange marriage by their parents. Grandma Aoki was a half-American daughter from an alpha parents, her father was an alpha American business person tycoon while her mother was just a tourist when the two of them met after that they started to go out and after a few years decided to get married. Grandma Aoki's mother was the best friend of grandpa Aoki's mother, the two decided to pair up their kids which turn up well at the end.

"yes, thank you for letting us know Daiki, if not because of you two we won't know what happen to our grandson. I would very much want to know the reason of my son's action for doing this to Ethan" grandpa Aoki was very angry to know that his youngest grandson has been suffering for months now. Just before they talked to Dr. Sato they already asked Arata about the current situation of Ethan for the past few months.

"even we want to know why Elaine did that to her own son, I can't believe that they could do this to their own son to the point that they didn't even call nor visit him for five months and on his birthday they only celebrated the birthday of Nathan and Elise, what about Ethan? He is also one of the triplets they all have the same birthdays and he is the youngest one out of them three…how could they be so cruel" cried grandma go as she was being hug by her husband.

"*sigh* we could only wait for them to arrive, since the doctor said that Ethan is now safe, maybe when he got discharge we could decide which of us should take care of him until he gets old since his parents are treating him this way." said grandpa Aoki

"not that I want to get ahead of you but I think it would be best for Ethan to stay with us since my wife and I are a bonded pair thus even if he goes into heat none of us would get affected by it and most of our servants at home are betas since my wife is an omega" said grandpa go in which all of them agreed to it. It was understandable that they should consider his second gender when they took care of him. And since grandma go is an omega herself thus making them a much more credible to take care of Ethan.

"very well, we just need to tell Ethan about this then everything will be alright" said grandma Aoki. Since they have decided on who will take care of Ethan after his discharge they all went inside the room waiting for Ethan to wake up. Arata was beside Ethan when they came in, he immediately stand and let the elders to sit down beside Ethan.

An hour later father and mother Aoki came straight to Ethan's room. When they arrive inside everyone was silence until grandma go went in front of her daughter elaine and slap her hard on her left cheek. Which surprise everyone specially Elaine and her husband.

"mom…why…" asked the surprised Elaine who is now being held by her also surprised husband Seiichi.

"Do you hate omega that much?! Does that mean that you also hate me since I'm an omega myself?! Have you been hating me for so long but didn't tell me cause I'm an omega?!" shouted grandma go

"mom what are you talking about? I don't hate you, and I don't hate you for being an omega, I don't understand what is going on" Elaine was so puzzled as she is but she need to know where her mother's anger is coming from.

"mom, calm down please Elaine doesn't hate you or anything so please calm down" said Seiichi as he tries to calm his mother-in-law who is angry for no reasons.

"Seiichi, son why don't the two of you explain to us why Ethan is not on his birthday party with his other siblings last night" asked Grandpa Aoki.

"that…dad you know that Ethan is an omega and almost everyone inside the house are alphas, if he goes in heat…I just can't imagine what will happen so…"explained Seiichi to his father as well as everyone who is present not noticing that Ethan who was lying on his bed already awake up but he just remain his eyes close, he wanted to know what his parents really thought of him.

"then what about for the past five months? Why, not even a call nor a visit did the two of you did? Ethan is just 12 yrs old for goodness sake! SEIICHI! He is your son! He needs his parents more than anything! He may be an omega but he is still your son! He needs you not that house! Not your money! Not even Arata! He needs his parents!" shouted grandpa Aoki to his son

"dad…I.."

"Does the two of you know why we asked you to be here? do the two of you have any idea who is the one lying on that hospital bed?" asked grandpa go who is now standing beside grandma go.

"what? Who is…" just before Elaine could say anything she saw her own son Ethan lying on the hospital bed. "Ethan…"

"what?! Ethan?! What is he doing here at the hospital? Arata! What happened?! You said that you will take care of Ethan!" shouted Seiichi as he hold the shirt of Arata.

"Arata did his job well taking care of your son while you can't do that very thing" said grandma Aoki said.

"mom…I asked Arata to take care of Ethan for us…cause he is a beta…"

"yes, he is a beta but he is not Ethan's father nor his mother, he is just a butler assign by your father-in-law for him" it is the only fact that should be told to Ethan's parents right now. They notice that even Elaine won't even get closer to her son made them all angry.

"excuse me…" by that time the only one who broke the ice was Dr. Sato who is followed by 2 nurse and another doctor who might be Dr. Akifumi.
