Give me a month.

After cleaning everything up Wang Xinyi went to the room and started cleaning up Long Yi Chen's suitcase.

Changing n to a comfortable home clothes Long Yi Chen lifted up busy Wang Xinyi in his arms and laid down in the bed.

"Ah Chen what are you doing?" Giving out surprised yelp she asked.

"Shhh. Let's sleep a little. Hmmm?" Burying his face in Wang Xinyi's neck he said.

"I can't sleep now Ah Chen. I need to make dinner for us."

"Uhmm. We'll order something for dinner. Now sleep."

"No. That will be wasting money. I can cook." She denied. She would never use money on unnecessary things. Food isn't unnecessary but when she could obviously make some home it will be an unnecessary spending. She wants to save up because she knows Long Yi Chen needs money to get everything that was his parent's back to his hands.

Long Yi Chen stiffened up hearing about wasting money. He felt pang of sadness hit his heart. "She is trying to save money for me." That thought made his heart feel like being crushed. He knows he can't spend money without giving a thought yet. Not when he is in a middle of buying everything back. But he doesn't want to make her any more tired than she was.

"It's okay baby girl. A single meal wouldn't cost much. Or else we can visit night market. Food in there is much cheaper." He reasoned.

"You sure?" Wang Xinyi questioned still hesitant.

"Yeah, baby girl. Let's sleep okay. I can see that you haven't been sleeping well while I'm gone. You have bad eye bags and you have become more paler than before I went. It's not good for you love." Long Yi Chen's voice held worry and distress.

"I'm fine Ah Chen. Beside I will get a good sleep now on as you're here." She tried to reassure him.

"Sure. Just give me a month okay baby. I promise everything will get better after a month. You'll be living like a queen after a month." Long Yi Chen said to her and more to himself.

"I don't want be a queen Ah Chen, I just need you. That's enough for me. I will be your baby girl forever, no?" She asked adorable with doe eyes.

"You will always be my baby girl. It wouldn't change baby. I promise." He said smiling and kissing Wang Xinyi's temple.

"That's enough for me." She said yawning.

"Sleep baby." Long Yi Chen lulled Wang Xinyi to sleep while closing his own eyes to a small nap.

In his mind he promised himself he will finish the mess he is in a month and bring her home where she will be completely relaxing and resting other than her studies. While he will hire servants for her every need and manual works. He wouldn't let her work and get tired. She had been tired far too long in her life and that was enough. He also knows that she has serious health issues. She is obviously underweight and too small for her age. She will be 18 in couple of months. But she looks like she is still 14 or 15 years old. He needs to nourish his baby doll back to health. Biggest problem is her sleep. She couldn't get a proper sleep without him near her after that incident. That's the reason she had those big eye bags under her eyes now. She hadn't been sleeping well in the last week.

"A month. Only a month. That will be enough time." He said to himself and drifted to sleep.

Later that night Long Yi Chen brought Wang Xinyi to the nearest night market. He wanted to order something home, but she wanted to go out with him. And Long Yi Chen being the best girlfriend slave brought her to the night market.

They wandered off in the streets. A smile being permanently plastered in her face. Holding her hand his face also looked little gentle and less intimidating. Wang Xinyi refused buy anything as they wandered through different shops. She just looked at them and walked. This made Long Yi Chen more determined to give everything in the world to her.

After walking for some hours, they decided to stop in front of an old noodle street stall. The noodles there were cheap but obviously delicious as quite few of young couples were sitting there having their noodles.

Long Yi Chen and Wang Xinyi decided a secluded couple seat and sat down. Looking down the simple printed menu they ordered a couple portion of egg noodles. The noodles restaurant was a couple restaurant. Many young couples are using this place as a frequent cheap dating place. Looking around the place he noticed how poor was this area. All around were small street stalls which were built using plastic huts. People walking, eating there were all dressed in simple clothes. They don't have luxury cloths jewelries or bags. But all simple things.

If it was before his parent's death, he would never come to a place like the night market. He had a luxury life. He wasn't complaining about the poor lifestyle. In fact, he quite like this simple way of life. These people don't have complicated problems in their lives. They don't have to be vary of your own kinship will kill you or snatch everything from you. These people only have one problem that is earning enough to live the next day. He sometimes quite jealous of them. But he wouldn't stop his battle and gain everything back. Only because of two reasons. One that was his parent's hard work and he promised them to rule everything.

Second and the biggest reason, his baby girl. She should live like a queen pampered and spoiled endlessly, and he should protect his baby girl from this cruel world. For that he needed to be in power. He learned it in the most painful way. In the past he wasn't able to protect her properly as he was powerless. That led to his baby girl being destroyed and broken to the point of no return. Her nightmares are evident of his failure. Also, she isn't being able live without worry. She is saving every bit for him. He wasn't able provide everything to her yet. He needs money and power to pamper her properly. So, he would fight for his baby girl. He also needs to avenge her every injury both physical and mental.
