Life is so fragile
Birds are flying home and the sun is setting. Two men just came out from a restaurant. "Can't believe we got down this project. It's gonna help our company a lot. Thank You so much, Mr. Wang." Zhao Wei turns around to him and holds out his hand. They both shake hands and hope for the best on their upcoming project together.
"My car is right there," as Wang Bo Wen points to where the parking lot is. "Mr. Wang it's fine. I could take the bus from here." Zhao Wei looks around, but doesn't see any bus coming. Wang Bo Wen smiles, "C'mon I'll drive you home. It's pretty late at night right now and I don't think there's any bus at this time." Zhao Wei hesitates for a moment, but finally agrees.
As both of them walked over to the parking lot, a motorcycle came racing towards Wang Bo Wen's directions, but he didn't notice. Zhao Wei turned around and saw the motorcycle going towards Wang Bo Wen at full speed. He quickly pushes Bo Wen to the side, and in a blink the motorcycle crashes into Zhao Wei's body. The motorcycle quickly drove away after the crash, leaving Zhao Wei on the floor bleeding.
Wang Bo Wen who was pushed by Zhao Wei, was stunned. His eyes are shaking and his body is trembling. He got up, as he went sideways and legs shaking.
"Zhao Wei. stay with me. Don't sleep," as Wang Bo Wen holds him up. But Zhao Wei knows that he can't anymore, he weakly reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small box. "Can you give this to my wife, Jiang Mei Li?" He held it in front of Bo Wen, but he didn't take it. "You give it to her. Just hang in there. The ambulance is coming soon." Zhao Wei slightly shakes his head, "I know, but can you just do this as for my last favor?" He holds it in front of him again and nudges it closer to him. "Please," as he weakly said it. Bo Wen took the box and gripped it hard. "Promise me, don't fall asleep. Your wife is waiting for you at home and didn't you tell me that your wife is gonna give birth soon? Your kid can't have a dad, so please stay with me." Bo Wen is trying so hard to keep Zhao Wei from not sleeping, but Zhao Wei suddenly vomits blood out.
"Zhao Wei, are you okay?" He grips his wrist and sees that all his internal organs have been damaged and nothing is gonna be resolved. But-" Zhao Wei suddenly takes his hand, "Mr. Wang, I know I'm asking a lot but can you please help out my family if they ever come across to trouble? Please?" He suddenly vomits another blood out and blacked out. "Zhao Yi!" as Wang Bo Wen screams his name over and over again. But it was no use, Bo Wen checked his pause and there was no pause.

30 minutes later.
A woman came running into the Emergency room. She walks in trembling as her eyes are scanning everywhere. "Zhao Wei?" as she calls out her husband's name over and over again. "Are you Zhao Wei's wife, Jiang Mei Li?" She looked up and saw a man covered in blood looking at her. She nods, "who are you?"
"I'm Wang Bo Wen, your husband's new business partner for the upcoming project. Just before, Zhao Wei got into a car crash and passed away. I'm so sorry," as he deeply bows. "My what?-" her voice trembles, eyes shaking, and seems like she'll crash any second. "Where's my husband? WHERE IS HE!!!!" she yells and slowly slides down to the floor. Large amount of blood started dripping down her leg and she fainted. "Jiang Mei Li." He got down and grabbed her wrist. 'The baby is in danger.'
"DOCTOR! QUICKLY, SHE AND THE BABY RIGHT NOW IS IN DANGER!" Doctors rush to her and check her pulse. "HURRY AND BRING THE BED OVER HERE!"
Sitting outside the operation room and watching the nurse running back and forth with packs and packs of blood in their hands, makes Wang Bo Wen not know what to do.
"Master, are you alright?" as his butler, Bai Qi came. He saw blood stains all over his shirt and eyes gazing at the operation light. "Master, you must not use your powers. If you do, then you'll get bad consequences." Wang Bo Wen closed his eyes and didn't move. The lights in the hallway began to shake and wobble. The lights kept flicking. "Master, you must not do this," as Bai Qi tried to stop him, but it was too late.
In a flash of light, Wang Bo Wen opens his eyes. The operation light also went off. Bai Qi holds on to Wang Bo Wen's arm and walks up to the operation door. The doctor and nurse came out. "How is she?"
"Before it was so dangerous. Her vitals kept dropping and we almost couldn't save the baby and the mother. But I guess a miracle does happen. Just a few minutes ago, her vitals became stable and both the mother, and baby girl are safe and sound."
One of the nurses came out and pushed out the baby, and the mother. The baby is still crying, but Wang Bo Wen could see a strong strength inside of her. "Hope you can grow up and be a strong woman." That was the last time that Wang Bo Wen saw the baby. After Jiang Mei Li was pushed into the patient's ward, he walked in. He takes out the small box that Zhao Wei has ordered him to give to his wife before he died. As he places it down on the table next to Jiang Mei Li, her eyes slowly open. "This is from Zhao Wei. He told me to give you this and told me that he is sorry." She took the box from him and slowly opened it. Inside the box was a pair of rings and a small rabbit charm in the middle. Tears start rolling down her face as she sees what's inside. "This can't be. You promised me that you'll be with me forever and watch our daughter grow. How could-how could you just leave us like that?" as she starts crying.
Wang Bo Wen deeply bows and walks out the room. "Master, are you okay?" Before Wang Bo Wen could talk, he spitted out blood.
"MASTER!"
"Don't make a big problem here." Bai Qi nods and holds his arm as they walk out the hospital.

"Bai Qi, while I don't know how long or when I'll be awake, make sure to watch over the Zhao's family for me. If they are in any sort of problems, please try any way to help them. This is all I can do." He holds his chest as the pain is grasping it inside of him. "Yes Master I will."
"You may go now." Bai Qi walks out and closes the door behind him.
Because Wang Bo Wen has used his power to help the Zhao, he has now had bad reflexes. He lays down on the ice bed and closes his eyes, as his powers are circulating him. This one sleep could be a few weeks or even months. But worse, it can be for years and years.

16 years later….
"Zhao Yi, don't forget to bring your lunch today!" as Jiang Mei Li screams over from the kitchen. "I won't forget. I'm gonna go to school now. Bye mom," Zhao Yi races out the door with a sandwich in her hand. She ran to the end of the block and saw He Ling Xi standing right there. "Ling Xi!" she screams her name and waves at her. Zhao Yi smiles at her as she runs up to her. "Zhao Yi, this has been the fourth time that you've been late. If you're late again, then I won't wait for you anymore," as Ling Xi nags on Zhao Yi. "C'mon, I know you wouldn't do this. Want a sandwich? I got you one," she holds it out to her. "You eat it. Or else your tummy of yours will start growling again and I won't be helping you hide those sounds during class anymore."
Zhao Yi laughs and pushes Ling Xi to walk. "Have you heard about today's morning ceremony?" Ling Xi nods, "I heard that an important person is gonna come today and give a speech, but no one knows who that person is yet."

Two days before….
As the cold air surrounds Wang Bo Wen, his eyes are opening slowly. He slowly gets up as his bones and muscles are so stiff. He gathers all his power and breaks through the whole vein in his body.
Hearing the sound coming through the room, Bai Qi quickly came in, "Master." He quickly walks over to him and passes him a warm towel. "Right now is ?"
"Ahh. Master, right now is September 12, 2024."
"16 years already? 16 years? I've been sleeping for this long." Wang Bo Wen sighs and passes the towel back to Bai Qi. He walks over to the water jar and as he is pouring water to his cup, Bai Qi speaks. "Master, I've already prepared another identity for you already." He puts down his cup, "What identity? When did I tell you to do that?"
Bai Qi slightly bows, "master didn't you tell me to do that? Didn't you say whenever you're awake from a long nap, or every 20 years, I have to help you change your identity?" Wang Bo Wen touches his head, "I'm sorry. I must've slept so long that I almost forgot who I am." He sighs, and drinks his water. "So, what's my identity this time?" Bai Qi walks up to him. "Master, this time you're gonna start from being a high school student, Lin Tian. I'll make some arrangements tomorrow and make a welcome ceremony for you at the high school. And you could use this time to get used to the school and the people." Wang Bo Wen looks at Bai Qi and puts down the cup. "Just do whatever you want." After saying it, he walks out of his room and disappears into the hallways.

*DING DING*
The school bell starts to ring and both Zhao Yi, and Ling Xi are running to the auditorium. Zhao Yi, it's all your fault. Who told you to keep eating your sandwich while walking before. We're gonna be late," as Ling Xi nags at her. "Don't worry Ling Xi. We won't be late. Plus, it's just some sort of ceremony. And it might not even be that important.," as Zhao Yi still has her sandwich in her hand.
As they are running up the stairs, Zhao Yi slips at the spill coffee and as she thought that she's gonna fall backward, a strong force behind caught her. The arm around her is so strong that she couldn't keep her eyes away from the man. "Zhao Yi, c'mon we're gonna be late!" as Ling Xi screams. But it seems like every sound is not entering Zhao Yi's brain. "Miss, are you okay?" as the man coldy asks. Zhao Yi breaks free from his arm and stares at him smiling. "Zhao Yi, what are you doing?" as Ling Xi came out walking to grab her in.
"What were you doing before?" as Ling Xi asks. "Uhmm nothing. But I think I just met someone. Someone that-" Ling Xi snaps at her. "Wake up! The ceremony is starting right now."
"Good morning everyone," as the principal walks up to the stage. "Today we have a wonderful guest and he will also become one of our students. Let's welcome Lin Tian." Everyone starts clapping, but Zhao Yi's mind is dazing off.
The principal passes the mic to him and Lin Tian coldly smiles at the principal as he receives the mic from him. "Good morning everyone. My name is Lin Tian." Zhao Yi's ears spike up, "Omg that voice. I heard it from somewhere." She quickly looked up and saw it was the same guy that saved her back there. As Lin Tian kept talking, Zhao Yi's eyes have never shifted once.
"I think I just fell in love," as she whispers while looking at him. Ling Xi looks at her, "What did you say?" But Zhao Yi is just too into Lin Tian that she didn't hear Ling Xi's question.
