CHAPTER 11(BINGO!)

Xavier was lost in thought until the vibration of his phone in his hand brought him out of his daze

He looked at the caller ID and picked up the call

"Hello bro...." a voice filled with mischief came from the person on the other line

"how do you like walking along the streets of the city I hope you are enjoying your journey," The person said

"yes Light, I enjoyed my journey so much... Thank you... Because of u

You I got a ride from a pretty girl" Xavier said with a smirk

Light scoffed at her annoying brother and hung up the phone

Xavier shook his head with a smile..... A while later, a bus stopped in front of him and he entered the bus

Xavier got home and saw light standing in front of the gate waiting for him

"aww my sweet little sister couldn't wait for me to come back," Xavier said stretching the angry girl's cheek

"hmph..." Light scoffed crossing her arms against her chest

"dream on," Light said

"I just wanted to gossip a little" Light said

"gossip about what huh..... I thought you were so angry that you wouldn't talk to me even after a few months" Xavier said

"I wanted to tell you something important but I see that you are not interested " Light smirked

On hearing what Light said, Xavier turned his gossip mode on

"ok tell me what you wanna say I'm listening " Xavier said

"I'll only tell you on one condition" Light smirked and entered the compound and Xavier followed her

" Light, my sweet little sister why are you doing this to me " Xavier complained

"ok tell me what you want..... But if it's about my new sports car forget about it" Xavier warned

"OMG Xav, you got a new sports car?" Light exclaimed with an excited look on her face

Xavier slapped his mouth inwardly for revealing his secret and now this brat is gonna ask him to get her a sports car

He ordered the sports car before he got on his flight home, it's gonna arrive tomorrow morning

"uhm no... Ha ha ha I just wanted to trick you and look you fell for it" Xavier laughed awkwardly

"Bro, you don't have to be so secretive about it, I would have asked for a sports car but I've got something more important I tell you" Light said

"huh..... Something more important than a sports car?"Xavier asked looking at Light like she was not the annoying sister he always knew

"Hello... Are you an imposter? Where is my little sister, bring her back to me now "

"Bro stop overreacting I'm Light, your only annoying sister and who would dare to steal a beautiful face like mine" Light floated touching her face

"tsk... Don't gloat too much...You aren't as beautiful as that girl who gave me a ride today" Xavier said

"Who is that girl and how can you say that she is prettier than me huh " Light said

"she looks like Jessy she is so beautiful and her smile oh my God she is just too cute," Xavier said

"Wait! What? ... Did you just say she looks like Jessy " Light asked

"yh... She has the prettiest green eyes" Xavier said

"green eyes? That's strange... I also wanted to tell you about a girl who looks Jessy with green eyes" Light said in confusion

"What is her name?" Light asked like a detective trying to solve a case

"hmm... Emerald" Xavier answered

"Bingo!" Light exclaimed

"Emerald Jones" light said

"what! You know her?" Xavier asked

"yeah, I met her today and she was looking kinda familiar and I kept thinking until I remembered that she looked like Jessy" Light explained

"wait.... You mean that beauty I met today who looked like Jessy works at our company?" Xavier asked in disbelief

"yeah she works as a designer and she is very talented but I heart that Alex told her to work as his assistant " Light said

"what! She is Alex's assistant?" Xavier exclaimed in shock

"Yeah I was equally shocked when I heard that she was going to assist that ice" Light said

"no I have to save my princess... I'll resume work tomorrow" Xavier said

"but what leaves me wondering is.... how is it possible for her to look so much like Jessy" Light said

"well I asked her and she said that she does not have siblings and she is often told by people that she looks like someone... Maybe she just has a common face" Xavier said

"light I think I'm in love" Xavier said

"with Emma?" Light asked

"yes and you know how I crushed on Jessy and I think I like Emma so much because she looks a lot like Jessy," Xavier said

Consideration " Light said, stepped on his feet and ran to her room

Xavier's face twisted in pain

"ouch....that brat just you wait... I'm gonna teach you a lesson" Xavier said and went into his room

Emma got to her apartment and immediately slumped on the bed

"arrrrg..... I'm so tired," Emma said and her eyes closed on sleep... A few minutes into her sleep her phone rang

It was Stacy calling, Emma sluggish picked up her phone and answered the call

"hey Emma are you back?" Stacy asked

"yeah I just came back and haven't even taken off my work clothes I'm very tired," Emma said

"I'm so sorry Emma" Stacy said

"Nah it's okay stay, you don't need to apologise for every little thing" Emma consoled

"ok, you know what. Why don't you come to my place let's have a sleepover" Emma said suddenly feeling energised she had never had a sleepover during her childhood because she didn't have many friends but now this was her chance

"that's a great idea, but Emma you're tired you should rest let's have the sleepover this weekend," Stacy said

"ok Stacy, good night," Emma said

"good night Emma " Stacy replied and hung up

Emma stood up immediately and took her bath, she fried some eggs, took her medication and went to sleep she didn't want her arrogant boss to scold her at work tomorrow
