24 Chapter 24: The Blip

It was already past many hours, the demon of blue fire still staring at her screen. Gazing at the golden hair individual. His hair, to his closed eyes, from his small nose to his beautifully shaped lips. it wasn't a lie that she wasn't attracted as his appearance was the first thing that attracted her in the first place. Wanting to declare him, as her slave.

Ravaging every nook of his skin until her heart desired. But all she could do was stare at him. As he slept nonchalantly in a world of war and death.

what attracted her even more in due time was his defiance, as an individual of authority, who ruled over many noble houses of demons. everywhere she went, there was fear and respect for her strength and her noble blood. So, another individual, not basking in her power and ability. it was indeed a first.

many others would have asked for power, asked for domination. Already leaping on her bed at a moment's notice. but he denied her in every form. denied his desires, denied her power.

Even now, the skill, the demon's tongue, would become much easier if used properly. but still, he denied using it. was it because he fears or is it his pride? but whatever may it be? everything he did and the choices he took. filled her boring void.

"I shouldn't stare too much…" she decided, looking at all the other screens. many other surviving humans dying one by one by her army of imps and some being played by the certics which wasn't pleasant to her eyes.

"they are the same species….but so much difference. here he is still sleeping, and there are these trashes, couldn't even defeat a single imp. how mortifying…."

she turned, disgusted from their weakness, gazing far away from her territory. watching a single silver-haired human, slashing her way out of the herd of certics. her clothes colored with the green blood as her eyes writhed in anger.

"well she is interesting….hmmm…she's doing good without her former title…impressive. but not more than my Aiden."

she had predicted the human group would die like all the other swarm of humans but they were still alive. for reasons which she didn't know.

but her eyes caught something more interesting at her background screen. her eyes opening wide in sheer happiness. "is it really true…..am I dreaming? No, it can't be? it only happens one in million terras."

she stood up from her chair, waving away her hand to all the screens. as she came near a specific golden display. where the waves of the celestial force were flowing….unnaturally. more violently.

this only happened in the beginning, forcing the planet to change but, even after months. it was occurring once again. which only meant one thing.

"hahahaha….HAHAHAHA…first I find him, then this terra. where it can host the celestial force to such degree…luck is really shining upon me in this era." she said with a heartfelt laugh, so much so her eyes started turning blue. Flashing the color all over her darkroom.

Scaring away the many ogre servants and goblin slaves, chained to their necks, their bodies littered with burn marks and bleeding wounds.

Aiden opened his tired eyes, as the rays of the sun bluntly attacked his shut eyes. 'it's already morning…aaaa…I still want to sleep more." he thought lazily. but this wasn't the world where he could do such a thing. his eyes viewing the large eagles roaming near his window.

'let's just get up…' he thought, his eyes still tired, but his arm didn't move, as if something heavy was graving on it. he turned to his left arm, only to see her…..again.

'haaa….why is she always doing this? come on, I am also a man.'

like usual, his pretty little senpai had sleepwalked towards his bed, embracing his arm between her….properties. fully sound asleep like it was normal. he couldn't help but smile, lifting her silver hair, to her ears, so he could see her beautiful face.

He felt, it was a luxury to see a beautiful woman so early in the morning, so why wouldn't he take full advantage of the situation. It was heaven compared to the way he had to watch his dark and cracked-up ceiling in his uncle's house.

'Why is she so beautiful….?' he thought in awe.

"Fuck!" Aiden shouted, getting jump scared out of nowhere. With his jerked body, Akia's drowsy eyes slowly woke up. her eyes trying to act like she just woke up but her heart, complaining and scolding the innocent Aiden to no end.

"Good morning Aiden…what happened?" she asked, waking up from his bed. her clothes shaving off, showing the deep valley between her breasts.

Aiden's eyes would have stared at such treasures but the demon in his head was shouting nonstop. like she was excited to tell him something.

He gritted his teeth, trying to calm himself down. "No…nothing, good morning senpai… I see that you sleepwalked inside my room again. you need to be more careful you know…"

Akia felt a bit disappointed. looking at his thick head. but it wasn't like the time before where some girl would always come to block her progress. Now, it was her time to shine. to take the initiative.

'" I see….. I will take a bath then." she replied, walking away from his bed. 'I will get you Aiden…I won't regret my life choices anymore. For me and my dead parents. I will live this life to the fullest, with zero regrets.' she thought, her eyes secretly turning to the side, trying to glance at her kohai as her cheeks turn crimson with every turn of her neck.

Aiden could have seen such a rare site if he had just turned but it was too late, his vision now only covering her back, her beautiful back covered by her night ware, which only came to her thick and pale thighs. Shaping her well-rounded ass.

Aiden sighed, trying to control himself. controlling his storming feeling. it wasn't time for such thoughts. he had responsibility. as a man, as a human. as the strongest person within his race.

Athena was impressed, as he had such control over his mentality but she would never compliment him in his face. she was giving him more attention than he needed. if she goes beyond that. that would of course hurt her pride.

but before she could say anything, the room started shaking as the pictures and paintings he collected started falling down, as the glass windows started breaking.

"no…not again," he complained. Remembering the scene, he saw when he was still in space.

{Don't worry…it's just a small one…} the demon said with assurance and like she said, it stopped. { ….consider yourself lucky human or…unlucky I guess. Your planet can sustain 'blips'!}

Aiden was literally confused; he just saw his collection of waifu paintings get damaged and she was speaking nonsense about 'blip' with such happiness and vigor. 'wh..what are you on about?'

{oh…of course, you mortal humans wouldn't know about it…how typical.} she replied, her tone disappointed as ever.

Aiden felt like his big vain was going to pop from this sudden rage. if she wasn't giving her DP points, he would have scolded her to no end.

Aiden was only listening half heartily. As he was reading on his system. he could listen to her and get the same info but. why bother.

Aiden felt a bit glad, from what she said first but the warning was also true, but he couldn't help remember the moment when he was helpless, with all the vines taking over his body. if it wasn't for Akia and Emi. he would have already died, wasting the wish of those two kind individuals.

'what should I do?' he thought.

"Aiden! you ok?!" Akia quickly asked, her forehead bleeding without her realization.

Aiden paced to her, a towel in his hands. "I am ok, your wounds, they are opening again..." he said with a bit of guilt. the guilt from his own weakness, of not being able to save her in time.

"ohh….I just smacked my head earlier. no biggie.."

But instead of caring about her wound, she only watched him, her white eyes glittered with concern. He knew what he needed to do right then. if he wanted to protect her, protect Emi, and save as many humans as he could. Then he needed strength. so much so that the monsters like the three-tailed fox couldn't even touch him or his friends.

'I will go…' he said with confidence.

{Are you sure..?} Athena asked, a cunning smile hidden behind her worried voice.

"Yes…..but."

{But what?....}

"Where can I find such place?"
