7 Ka..kashi

"You know, you don't have to be so suspicious of me, Kakashi-sensei," he said as he appeared beside him.

"Wha!?" Kakashi almost fell over from the sheer shock he felt.

"Woah, easy there. So tell me, why are you so wary of me, besides the fact that I know a lot of information, of course," he said.

"Well, that's the reason, so I don't know what to say."

"Oh, well, this is awkward," he said, then vanished from sight. He looked around, then found Travis sitting in front of the campfire.

'I'll never get used to that speed,' he thought.

...

The next morning, Gai and his team had already arrived at the base, looking ready to fight anyone who stood in their way. A couple of minutes later, so did Travis and the gang.

"You're late, Kakashi," Gai said.

"Oh, well, we ran into a bit of trouble on our way here," he said, scratching his face shamefully.

Lee smiled happily upon seeing Naruto, especially when he saw Sakura.

"Naruto! Sakura!" he shouted.

"Yo!" Naruto shouted, already aggravated enough; he simply couldn't wait to fight.

"Everyone, you're one step ahead of us, I guess," Sakura said.

"Who's that guy and the old lady?" Lee asked.

"Oh, that's Travis, a new ninja in the leaf, and this is an adviser from the sand, Lady Chiyo."

Inside the cave, the Akatsuki were contacting each other via a Zoom meeting, which was quite the sight given their day and time.

"Oh, they've arrived. They've also brought the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki. Deidara, Sasori, capture him alive," the leader said.

"Very well. Itachi, since you've faced him before, what should we be careful about?" Sasori asked.

"Well, he's very forward; he'll be the first to rush in and try to fight."

"That's all?"

Itachi vanished, which angered the two.

The Gedo statue vanished soon after.

[Outside]

"This 'Five Seal Barrier' is created by talismans with 'Kin' written on them placed in 5 places in the vicinity. This one is only one of the four; we have to find the other five first."

"Alright, I hear you loud and clear, Kakashi. Neji!"

"Understood, Byakugan!"

Neji found the other four talismans around the area.

"Right, if that's the range, we'll use radios. Since speed-wise, my team is faster, we'll go ahead, Kakashi. Alright, Team Gai!! Let's go, with the full power of Youth!!!!!!"

Moving with incredible speed, they vanished from sight, scattering into different directions like shadows in the wind. In no time, each person swiftly located the elusive talismans.

"Alright, everyone in place. Kakashi, be ready, Go!"

They all pulled the talisman off, and at that very moment, Sakura sprinted forward, her speed astonishing, leaving a blur in her wake. With a swift punch, she shattered the huge boulder in their way.

*Boom*

The boulder exploded on contact, crumbling into nothing but rocks and dust, showcasing the incredible strength and speed behind Sakura's decisive move.

While they ran inside the hideout, everyone from Team Gai found themselves disrupted by an obstacle they had no choice but to deal with before they could leave.

When Naruto saw Deidara sitting on Gaara, his eyes changed color into a bloody red as his whiskers got darker.

"You bastard!! I'll smash you into pieces!!"

"I guess that's him," Deidara said; right beside him was a huge clay bird.

"Get off him!! Gaara, get up!!" he shouted furiously.

"Oh, you don't get it already. He's well dead... yeah," he said.

Naruto's iris turned into a slit like a fox's, with teeth growing key-9s. He stared at them with rage, holding back his tears; he wished to do nothing but beat up. He rushed in immediately, but Kakashi stopped him.

"Calm down, Naruto. They'll kill you if you rush in without thinking," he said.

"Oh, he seems to want to take this one back. Well, that makes things better. Sasori, I'll deal with the Jinchuuriki," he said. The bird took Gaara in its mouth, and Deidara got on top.

"See yah, Sasori," he said as the bird took flight and flew out. Seeing Naruto immediately began to run after him.

"Naruto, wait! Sakura, Travis, I'll go after him!" he said, then ran after Naruto.

Travis stood back; all these fights were needed for the characters' development, so he did nothing.

"Sakura, I'm sure you can handle this. I'll sit back," he said.

"Okay." Chiyo whispered into her ear; her eyes widened in shock, but then she nodded.

"Let's do that if you think that'll work," she thought.

Travis sat back on a chair he made and watched as they fought.

'I'll wake up when they're done,' he thought.
