Reincarnation, a new beginning

Somewhere in the United States.

An attractive woman with silver-white hair and gray eyes was in the back of a car and her husband was driving.

They were on their way to the hospital because the woman had broken her water and was going to give birth at any moment.

Even though her husband was nervous he was driving with the utmost care in the world, but... That wouldn't do any good because a drunk driver would collide her car with her husband's car at high speed right on the side where he it was.

After the car accident, ambulances arrived in less than five minutes and transported the couple and the drunk to the hospital.

The drunk looked like he just had a few broken bones but he wasn't in any danger.

On the other hand, the woman's husband had a strong blow to the skull, broken bones and wounds all over his body, in addition to being unconscious. Upon arrival at the hospital, he was immediately transferred to the operating room.

The woman had some minor injuries, but in general she was fine and still conscious, she was also taken to the operating room because she was about to give birth.

The midwife then handed the child over to the nurse who was in the room, so that she can check his condition, clean him, and help him breathe if needed.

After that the midwife was put in her old position, that had been the first child, and there was one more child to be born. Apparently Yei was pregnant with twins.

[POV: Rainer]

'I finally got out of that damn dark tunnel.' It was Rainer's first thought as he came out of that tunnel, but as soon as he opened his eyes he felt that he was levitating and saw the floor and someone's feet.

Then he felt a light blow to his butt that made his beautiful pale lilac eyes widen in pain.

'SON OF A BITCH. Who the hell was it?' Rainer screamed in his mind and his tiny eyes began to spin around to see the culprit.

How Rainer hadn't cried when he was born and the nurse, learning about Yei's car accident, to check on her condition, gave Rainer's hairless buttocks a light blow.

After seeing that there was no reaction from the baby, the nurse turned him over to check if he was breathing, but was surprised when she saw a tiny fist approach her left eye and managed to hit her.

"Waaaaaaaa!" The cry of a baby startled Rainer and he directed his gaze to the source of the sound.

"She is a girl." She said the midwife and did the same as with Rainer, with the help of another nurse, she placed two clamps on the umbilical cord and cut the cord between them.

The midwife handed the second newborn to the nurse in the room.

The baby was a cute, plump little girl with a little white hair on her head and she wouldn't stop crying.

The midwife removed the placenta from Yei's uterus, her work was finished and everything had gone well.

The birth of the twins was over and Yei was exhausted, but I don't know she slept and she was still conscious at this moment the only thing she wanted was for her children to be handed over to her and to give them a hug.

After Clara and the other nurse finished cleaning up the newborns, they walked over and gave Yei her babies.

Yei received them with open arms, the girl who did not stop crying when she was in her mother's arms magically stopped crying. While the boy that was Rainer looked at her curiously and affected.

'So this is my new mother.' Rainer thought as he looked at his mother's beautiful face that at this moment had dark circles and sweat on her face, she was haggard due to exhaustion, but all her mother did was look at her babies with a bright smile that conveyed love and affection what he had for them.

'Husband, I hope you are well, please, your children need you, I need you.' Unbeknownst to her, tears of sadness began to stream down her face.

The nurses who were with her could only sigh, it was clear to them that she was not crying with happiness at this moment, but she was crying because she felt sad for her husband.

"Madam, what do you think if you rest, we will take care of the children, and we will also notify you of your husband's condition when we hear from him, but you should not worry with the excellent doctors of this hospital, everything will be fine." Said the matron's who was in the room, she tried to calm the anguish that Yei was surely going through at this moment by saying a few words that could reassure her.

Yei thought about it for a while and ended up agreeing to her proposal, at this time she was very tired and it wouldn't do any good if she ignored the matron's suggestion and ended up getting sick because of her stubbornness.

After giving their babies to the nurses, they took them away to do more tests so that everything is in order, the other nurses who remained cleaned up Yei and took her to another room to make her more comfortable, they also told her that it was better that she sleep and rest, that she shouldn't worry and that her children would return with her in a couple of hours.

Yei accepted, and in her heart she wished that her husband was safe, after that she fell asleep.
