Chapter 8

Levi made some hand signs for the Flying thunder God jutsu. In the show, Minato didn't use any hand signs, because he had mastered it to a point where he could do it in an instant.

(I made this up, I don't know if this is true, but I don't care.)

Levi only had memories of Minato, he isn't Minato. So, he knows what to do and how to do it, but in theory. He has to practice it himself like any other person.

The only advantage is that he can learn faster, because he has all the theory in his head, he only needs to implement it.

After making the hand signs, he felt something pull him. And in less than a minute, ge found himself in a different place.

It was completely dark, with no source of light. Levi's body was floating in the space.

Levi would have been surprised if he didn't know about this. He already knew about this space from Minato's memories. It was the dimensional void that any user needs to enter when they use the technique.

Levi looked around and said "I feel like died again."

He then noticed a small light source. When he focused on it, he saw the symbol he made on the book.

As he focused completely on it, he again felt the pull he experienced when he was dragged into the dimensional void.

His body was pulled back to the real world. This all happened in a few seconds.

Now, staying in the void could be beneficial in some situations, but staying there for long will make you loose all sense of direction and will not be able to come out to the real world.

Levi came back to the real world.He had a smile on his face, as he tried the technique for the first time and was successful on his first try.

His happy face slowly turned into a pained one, while he gripped his stomach. He immediately ran to the washroom and started throwing up.

After throwing up his whole breakfast and lunch, he said "I should always try this with an empty stomach, and I don't think I can call this a success."

He tried it again for three more times, after which he felt nauseous and knocked out on his bed.

The next day, he was woken up by a knock on his door. He dragged himself to the door and opened it.

When he saw who it was, Levi asked in a drowsy tone "Mr. Coulson, why do you always visit me early in the morning everytime?"

"Well Levi, I am still new to Shield and have to work a lot. I am usually busy the whole day and this is the oonly free time I get." Coulson replied.

Levi didn't like what he just heard. It meant that he would also have to work the whole day when he joins Shield.

Levi invited Coulson inside, but he refused and said "I was in Sokovia for a month as I was on a mission here. Now that that's dealt with, I will be leaving. I decided to visit you before I leave."

They had a small conversation and Coulson left. While he was walking Levi came up to him and said "You have something on your hair." and dusted off something off Coulson's hair.

Coulson smiled, thanked him and left. After he was out of the school, he again checked his hair as he felt Levi's actions suspicious.

Levi, in his room, was happy that he managed to mark Coulson with his teleportation mark.

( I am going to call it 'teleportation mark' from now. )

Nothing much happened for the next three months. Levi kept practicing the Flying Thunder God jutsu everyday and he was pretty good at it.

He could teleport to any location pretty fast, not on the same level as Minato, but fast enough to escape the eyes of normal people.

Everything was going peacefully. Levi was in his room.

He made one of his shadow clone go out and disguise as someone else. The clone went to the apartment the Maximoff twins lived.

He marked the building with his teleportation mark and the clone was returning to his room. He didn't undo the clone technique as he didn't want someone investigating about a person who disappeared into white smoke.

His clone opened the door and entered Levi's room. Levi was preparing to use the jutsu when suddenly, he stopped in his tracks and took out a knife from under his bed.

Levi said "Come out, hiding after being discovered is stupid."

A man appeared, who looked exactly like Levi's clone. Levi's clone just transformed into someone it found on the streets.

Levi said "I am sorry I used your face without your permission, but now that you know about me, I can't let you leave."

Levi didn't get any reply from him. Levi was ready for any attack, with the knife pointing to the stranger.

The stranger said "You don't have to be so hostile." and whistled with a strange tune.

Seeing that Levi didn't react to the whistle, the stranger said "Are you not one of us? I saw him transform. Who are you?"

"One of us? What do you mean by that?" Levi asked.

Then the stranger's skin slowly turned green and his ears turned pointy.

Levi would probably think he was dreaming if he didn't know he was in the world of Marvel. Here, anything is possible.

Levi asked "Ok, what are you and what do you want with me?" even though he knew what he was.

The alien replied "We are called Skrulls, a race from planet Skrullos. I got separated from my group, who arrived on your planet a few minutes, is that how you calculate time?"

"That still doesn't explain what you are doing here." Levi said.

"I landed in this place and was searching for a way to contact them, that's when I saw your friend here transform. I thought he was a Skrull, so I followed him here." The skrull replied.

Levi understood what was happening. He asked "Do you know where they were landing?"

"No, we were just following someone. So, we didn't have an exact destination." he replied.

Levi said "Fine, I will help you meet them, but I will need some knowledge of your planet in return."

The skrull agreed. Levi said in his head "It's time to meet the broken character of MCU."
