The double save: Embracing their feelings

[Carole POV[

Me and mom where together as today was the start of our three weekend break. Mom told me today and my sisters as she gathered all the three of us to the living room and explained to us what she would do today. As right now she brung only me as the oldest sister she had teach me things about finances which I would major in. Unlike my other sisters but she explained that if I drop out that it wouldn't matter as I can join the family business. It made me delighted thinking of accomplishing in having a successful company. My sisters right now are sleeping since they don't want to get up.

"Mom when are we meeting the seller?"

"Have you been waiting long enough?", speak of the devil a woman appeared right before us as she came out of the door to our right. We were sitting in her office as she sat down analyzing us.

"No we haven't"

"Great! You wanted to look into buying a building right?"

"Indeed"

"Here are pictures of several buildings and the price right on the top left corner of this document", The woman pulled out a huge folder placing different folders with the price of each building in front of the folder. As well as a picture of the whole structure. 'So expensive is this what my mom is trying to buy or think about buying!? these buildings each cost at least above 200k'

Mother opened one folder up scanning through it's contents as she put it right back on the table.

"honey can you check the others which one is the best to buy"

"Sure mom", doing as she told me to looking through a blue folder and looking through it's contents. Seeing the pictures of the sides of the building front and back too. Seeing where it would be the location of the building. It didn't peek my interest or was a good to buy. The woman was just patiently waiting for them to finish looking through the files and pictures of the buildings they can purchase.

"This one I would like to purchase"

"Great! you paying with cash or would you like to pay monthly to be able to afford the building?"

"nope here you go", Mom dropped the two whole bags and I dropped the other two as we were carrying bags with 100k cash inside of them. It was heavy for us as we got help from other people to carry our baggage for us. Brother said he would pick us up after we're done finishing the deal.

"Let me just have you fill the papers here and we're done"

"Ok", mom filled out the forms agreeing with everything there is.

"Good making business with you", the woman stuck out her hand for a handshake which Latina didn't refuse and shook her hand.

"lets go Carole"

"Mm", me and mom left exiting the building as mom pulled out her phone ready to call my brother. We were passing by next to a bank.

*bang* bang*

I heard gunshots out of nowhere near us as we duck taking cover near a truck parked right in front of us. I was scared seeing my mom who was calm as she looked at me with serious eyes.

"Don't attract their attention let me call Vasco", Latina went to her contacts and called her son.

"Vasco we're in danger", Latina whispered as she didn't want to attract the shooters attention who were robbing the bank. Latina was scared as well but she put her hopes in her son. Explaining what was happening she has full trust in him.

'Brother...'

"Mom what'd he say?", silently whispering to her as I got my reply from her.

"Close lets wait for him here"

"Ok", seeing my mother who was trying to be calm but I can see her shake a bit in fear.

'Save us brother!"

[Vasco POV]

Driving quickly getting to where my mom and sister are currently they're in danger. I'll get there in time with my newly modified BMW that is meant for racing. Currently i'm on the highway driving fast exceeding the speed limit but not caring one bit of the police. I got the money to bribe them it's easy to trick, bribe, persuade people with his experience. Driving past cars as some honked at me but ignoring those honks not caring of angry drivers.

*VROOOOM*

Flipping the nitro stick as my speed immensely increased x2.

*VROOOOOOOOOM*

It felt like, I was seeing blurs now because of the speed of the car and how fast, I was driving. There wasn't much traffic which was good it won't block my way to my family. Turning off the nitro then changing the gear as I saw the end of the highway seeing the stoplight about to turn red stepping on the pedal increasing the speed. Passing it as it turned red where other cars started to cross the streets. Swerving right seeing a car to my left more stop lights in front of me having to take a right turn. Shift the gear again and drifted to the right avoiding the pedestrians who were walking since I did this in a red light.

*Crank*

*ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

The victim who was about to be ran over fell down on his butt as he was shocked. He looked at the racing car thinking that the driver was inside but as he got up and walked to the crosswalk. He couldn't help to think that it was cool even though his life flashed right before his very eyes.

Changing the gear again knowing that i'm about to arrive where they are. My eyes turning cold knowing that things might get ugly as I would probably would have to kill the armed men. If they come close that is I won't but just in case. Safety of my family comes first

Passing a Wackdonalds remembering that this incident would actually take place as her mother would die here with those robbers coming in to rob the bank. But I changed the outcome with me saving my sister and affecting the their futures keeping them safe. She died at 14st Rekwood AVE NE my mom this time I won't let that happen.

Taking a right turn then seeing traffic in my way made click my tongue but nothing is going to stop me. They're blocking my path so I stop the car seeing my surroundings finding an alleyway where I can enter. Hitting the gas turning to the direction of the alleyway hitting the trash cans in my way then taking a sharp left turn.

*skerrrr*

Taking another right 1 miles straight in front of me. Knowing that I was close then seeing people run away to my direction screaming and crying the fear, panic in their eyes. Knowing, I was here driving forward then seeing the bank 2 miles in my sight. Not being able to see my sister and mom. Seeing cars leaving quickly to many people running but not in front of me then drifting that turned into a one-eighty donut hitting the brakes. Stopping in front of another Wackdonalds grabbing my modified glock 17 from my glove compartment. Getting out of the car locking the door and trying to find my family with my gun strapped to my right waist. People are still running and then I hear the sounds.

*Bang* bang* bang*

Gunshots inside the bank that is just inches away from me. Spotting my mom and sister I go quickly to them but then another gunshot.

*bang*

Someone died in the scene as two robbers came out of the bank with bags full of money there was at least five of them but the others are still putting money in their bags.

*Bang* bang*

'Motherfuckers', I went and pulled out my pistol shooting one in the head as the bullet passed through his forehead then his skull then the brain. His companion was shocked then seeing were the bullet came from he shot towards me.

*Bang* bang*

Taking cover a couple of people dropped to the ground seeing this it made me click my tongue they're not my priority but killing these people and getting the fuck out with my family is my priority.

"Come out! With your hands up or this woman dies!", The robber with he ski mask had a woman in his arms with a gun pointed at her head. Her family members cried seeing the woman part of their family being held hostage.

Grabbing a small rock hearing the threat from him it made me take action throwing the rock to my side out in the open which startled the robber a bit. I came out from behind the car and precisely shot him in the head without killing the woman. Going over to my family first to make sure of their safety.

"Mom, Carole lets go!", seeing the young man appear they were ecstatic that he come to save them and to get out of this mess.

"Vasco!"

"Come on the car is right over there go quickly while I cover"

They nodded and went there with me following behind them. Seeing another robber come out, I shot at him hitting his leg as he fell flat on the ground. Going to the car entering the driver seat as I start the engine.

*VROOOOOOOOOOOOM*

"Hold on!", they had seatbelts and all so they were safe because they were going to need it, I drove us out of there really fast.

Getting out of the place it made both ladies breath in relief.

"Thank you Vasco", his mother thanked him smiling back in response through the mirror.

"Brother you saved us!...this car", grinning at Carole this baby was modified with money I can do anything I want. Actually we need a new house and maybe we should buy one this week and move out of our cramp home. Since it's pretty small as the wall paintings and other stuff are worn out.

"Yep this is a beast of a car, I bought and modified"

Both mouth went 'O' as they couldn't believe they were going fast but they knew this wasn't the max speed. Carole was actually excited to drive this car forgetting the event that taken place just seconds ago same thing with Latina. As she was now calm breathing normally, her son saved her is this what it took to move her heart to be helped and saved. If so maybe it wasn't bad but that's because it's her son Vasco the one that did it. Someone who has been there for her since day 1.

Latina now accepted those feelings she had been feeling mixed up with worried of doing something that could ruin her children's image of her. She now had a resolute look as she now knew that without a doubt she loves her son more than just a son, seeing him as a man. Latina looked at her daughter through the mirror her eyes staring at Vasco behind his head with affection. If her daughters are going to try to cross that line she'll stop them they're to young. She'll teach them to not try to cross that line. 'I'll cross that line first that's for sure they're to young it's better if they grow up first, I as the mother have to establish my authority as a mother they have to follow my rules'

*Bang* bang*

Gunshots were heard and all of us startled but as I look at my rear window couldn't help but squint my eyes then turning serious. Not knowing what my mother is thinking and not paying attention to his sister who is giving him the crazy eye look as an obsession sprouts from within her.
