Ch 4 - Foundations
I sat down with the 'Boundless Foundations Procedure' under the watchful eye of Alfred and decided to start reading.

I almost forgot how easy it is to learn skills.
As I continued reading I was continually interrupted by ding sounds as I got notifications.

I turned off the notifications and realized that skills that I already have proficiency in will level up quicker than normal.

The foundation technique I was reading was very straightforward and split into four parts.
The first three steps are to prepare the body, mind, and soul while the last step is to combine all three aspects.
To prepare the body all types of energy need to be gathered into a core where the heart is.
Once the core is created and the energies reach a certain balance you have to implode the core and use the exploding energies to refine the body and expel all impurities.
By doing this the body will be pure and able to use all energy systems.
The second step is the preparation of the mind which is to unlock 100% of the brain.
This can be done through meditation and entering the mindscape.
Once inside you have to release mental energies in a certain pattern to unlock and strengthen all the neuron pathways inside the brain.
Once all the pathways are useable and strengthened then you have to send energy to all of the pathways simultaneously and saturate the brain to its limit.
Once at the limit the person will be able to use every facet of their mind to the highest degree.
The third step is the preparation of the soul which is the hardest.
I would have to put myself into illusions where I would have to unlock all of my chakras by facing my sins.
It is similar to what Aang did in 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' with the Guru except I have to prove myself by living through scenarios that would test weather I could resist my sins.

The last part is to connect the body, minds, and souls energy into one.
It says that this part is unique to everyone and you have to figure it out yourself which I am not looking forward to.
I finally closed the book and decided to start.
Right before I could though Alfred interrupted me.
Alfred: "Young Master Yoshi it seems that your house elves at Peverell manor are besides themselves since you suddenly disappeared and came here. I would recommend informing them of you whereabouts before they start a revolution in magical Britain to find you."
"Shit, thanks Alfred, I completely forgot about them."
Alfred: "Your very welcome, sir."
I took one last look at the magnificent library before closing my eyes and reappearing in the dining room.
I was surrounded immediately by three house elves who started checking me over to see if anything was wrong while crying.
Dipsy: "Wah, young master Yoshi you finally came back"
Roodey: "Young master Yoshi must not leave again"
Winney: "Wah"
Dipsy was still in a maid uniform along with Winney while Roodey was wearing a butler uniform similar to Alfred's.
"I'm sorry guys, it seems an artifact left behind my father activated and was taken away to accept it. Don't worry I will tell you guys before I go to the artifact from now on"

Roodey: "Very well young master Yoshi but you must inform us before you disappear like that again. What would we do if we failed Master Orion's last order"
That got several nods from both Winney and Dipsy while I tried not to have a reaction to the acting skill being learned.

"Alright I promise. The artifact will take up a lot of my time from now on as I need to train seriously in order to use it fully."

My face started to twitch but I just stood still while the elves surrounded me nodded and got back to work.
I decided to go outside to start the first step of the 'Boundless Foundations Procedure' by sitting cross legged in the garden and begin to absorb energy.
