The New Hottie

Like every Monday Morning, you woke up and had breakfast. Nothing exciting, just toast. Then you headed to school with your best friend, Gwen Stacy. She was the smart, pretty, loving girl that everyone wanted to date. And you... well you were just the person stuck at the back, the one no one really noticed.

You took your seat in your first lesson, Science. Science is pretty much the best lesson at school. You hated every other lesson.

"Sooooo, got anything exciting planned for this weekend?" Gwen asked.

"Probably just gonna watch TV, do some art, skateboard, you know, the usual" you replied.

You chatted with Gwen for a bit until the professor made everyone pay attention.

"Morning everyone, today we have a new student joining us. This is Peter Parker. Please make him feel welcome!" Professor exclaimed.

You looked up from your desk and stared at the new kid. He locked eyes with you and you dropped your eyes to avoid embarrassment. He walked over to the desk behind you, sat down and put his hood up.

"Hey, I'm Y/N! Nice to meet you" you introduced.

"Yeah, nice. I'm Peter but you probably already know because the Professor told every one." he replied sweetly.

You turned back around and decided to start the science questions and you were finished in a matter of minutes.

"Y/N, can you help me please, I don't really understand quantum physics" he asked.

"Yea, of course!" you said back.

You explained everything to him and it seemed like he got the grasp of it. Soon enough, the lesson was over and it was time for break. You walked outside and as soon as you did, Gwen rushed up to you.

"The new guy's kinda cute, you'd be great with him!" she spoke loudly.

"Jeez Gwen, I don't think people in Africa heard you clear enough!" You shouted back.

"Yeah sorry, but it's true! You two seem to have clicked earlier" Gwen whispered.

"I guess but I need to focus on my studies at this point. No relationships yet!" you chatted.

You and Gwen walked down the corridors to the front of the school and sat down to study. But all you could think about is what Gwen had said.
