Sleep

Today was a long day. Mentally, the headaches I felt were basically comparable to being constantly drunk on 1/3 to 1/2 of a bottle of vodka the whole day. Physically I had aches everywhere.

It's now 10:30 pm and I'm finally home and can rest.

Ps: I did head to the gym, but the my max weights were all significantly lower than usual.
