Xander was on his way to Koryo high school. He has been going there for a while now, simply waiting to meet the one who will introduce him to Ryozanpaku.

Kenichi was slightly taller than the average 15 year old, his body was lean enough not to show his muscular body and he wore glasses to hide his features.

To everyone, but a certain alien, he was the smart guy in class. Xander never attempted to be antisocial, nor did he actively go for it. he simply acted friendly yet distant, making sure to avoid drawing attention.

During the previous two years, Xander barely had time to train his skills. He was working on Naruto with the animation team after school and then added his own animations into it to add a little flare.

The animation studio team was appreciative of the work, especially since Xander bought the studio and was now their boss. Xander was planning to use the studio to release the anime of the future manga he would right, but that was at least 10 years in the future.

During that time, Xander also created a few site's that were still not available in 2001 such as like twitter and a video hosting site and so on with the help of Scarlet, to increase his income. They were not popular yet, but Scarlet is working on it.

With no time to spare, Xander opted to go for the level grinding method of progression. He would enter the ID at night, and meditate there while his Ghosts "Rain hell" on the enemies.

The method however only worked till the thugs, as the high disciples were able to quickly detect and dispatch the low health ghosts, via thrown objects.

That's when Xander discovered another skill.

[High Brawling_21(45%)] (Passive)

You can hit hard, you can get hit hard. It's not pretty, but it works

- Able to anticipate 25% attacks when using this style in combat

- Able to mitigate 25% of attacks when using this style in combat

- Deal 51% additional damage when using this style in combat

---

So he had that going for him, which is nice.

The high disciples weren't a threat for him as he was simply too strong and fast for them. The Boss was also a high level Disciple, but he used a sword. Xander took a minute to figure out how to throw his Rasengan, but he did it and the Boss was dead. Xander felt like he was cheating… and he liked it.

Remember kids, there is no such thing as overkill.

There is only alive and dead. Usually you want you alive and them dead.

After the high level disciples came the SWAT teams. Apparently, equipment counts towards their overall level, so Xander had the ghosts camouflaged into a grey colour so they are lost in the sky, then had them use high powered pellets to one shot the armoured gunmen.

The eighth ID had level 70 inquisition type knights as mobs. If you're wondering why such a high level, it's because their armour negated all magic it touched… bullshit, that's what it was.

Xander had to use the award from the level 70 armoured vehicle boss.

The mounted machinegun

It was loud, it was idiotic, and it consumed Mana as ammo but it was not considered a magical attack… fuck this logic.

The Boss was a level 80 Paladin who was not that strong, just had a lot of defence and a healing ability

That fucking healed all friendly units in a 50 meter radius. The machine gun would no longer work as it applied small instances of damage over a period of time and the paladin healed like there was no tomorrow, so Xander decided to brute force it.

He used his speed, and got up close to the Paladin, bypassing all his knights. He then grabbed the paladin by the legs and flung him into the air and as far as he can.

The Paladin sailed through the sky as the knights were standing there in shock. Xander ignored them, and decided to follow the flying, healing, armoured knight.

Xander ran in the direction he threw the Paladin and brought out something from his inventory. Xander reached the place where he knew the paladin would fall and lowered his stance.

As the Paladin descended Xander prepared the metal bat he had put in his inventory as a backup weapon.

"BATTER UP" Xander shouted as he infused his Mana into the bat and swung it as hard as he can, towards the head of the flying paladin.

*BOOM*

A shockwave blasts through the streets as windows shatter by the sheer force of the two objects meeting. The Paladin's body lay on the floor unmoving, as his head exploded into a bloody paintjob for the road below Xander.

Xander looked at the remains of his bat. He was impressed and in thought till the notifications started bellowing again. Basically, he levelled up, he got rewards for killing the paladin and he got a new skill.

[Basic Mana infusion_2(50%)] (Active)

You are able to temporarily infuse your Mana into objects. Different objects handle different amounts of infused Mana. If the amount is exceeded the item's durability is reduced over time

- Enhance all abilities of infused items by 1 for each Mana point used

And the reward from the paladin

[Basic Heal_1(0%)] [Active]

You are able to heal physical injuries.

- Can restore 0.1 health per 1 Mana point

- Cannot cure diseases

- Can heal a maximum of 1 health per second

---

Xander understood that he needed to level that skill up to the brim simply for the usefulness of it, when he has time.

For now, it was time to meditate.

---

Xander didn't go further than that in terms of his IDs. He simply revisited his Ghosts and gave them the skill [High Magnetism]. Now they would pick up the knights and throw them into the air, or impale them on a levitated pointy object or crush them with cars… it was fun.

Needless to say, two years of doing this had earned Xander quite a bit of experience and money. So at the moment Xander's stats were like this

[Stats]

Was he op, yes.

Could any Grand master in the world kick his ass, yes.

Is that gonna change soon, YES.

Xander sat in class until it was finished, then left class and headed to a bench under a tree on the school grounds.

And waited…

"Excuse me" a girl's voice called to him "is this your book?"

"Ah yes, thank you" Xander thanked the girl who brought his 'lost' book back to him.

"No problem" the girl answered with a bright smile "are you interested in martial arts?"

Xander looked at the book titled Karate for dummies and answered "Yeah, I mean, I want to learn martial arts, just not from people weaker than me" Kenichi showed dissatisfaction on his face

The look on the Girl's face changed momentarily then returned to normal "I see, I'm Miu Furinji, it's nice to meet you"

Kenichi smiled "Kenichi Shirahama, pleasure is mine"

Miu then blushed and looked sideways "Um… Shirahame-san, would you like to be friends?"

Kenichi was flabbergasted. How can someone be so cute "Sure" he answered unconsciously, but then shook himself back into reality "then now that we are friends, call me Kenichi"

"A- and me too, call me Miu" she spoke with nervousness

"Nice to meet Miu" Kenichi smiled

"Nice to meet you K-Kenichi"

And so, the story starts

Dun dun duuuun (°ロ°)

Peace
